【摘要】：在全球經(jīng)濟開放新格局背景下,粵港澳大灣區(qū)作為"一帶一路"的戰(zhàn)略支點和珠三角區(qū)域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的重要形態(tài),是實現(xiàn)改革開放進程中適合我國國情的制度安排。如何讓灣區(qū)經(jīng)濟更好地引導(dǎo)中國經(jīng)濟全球化是一個急需解決的具有戰(zhàn)略意義的重大課題。與世界幾大著名灣區(qū)相比,作為區(qū)域經(jīng)濟重要的增長極,各大灣區(qū)在各自國家的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展過程中發(fā)揮了十分重要的作用,它們所具有的完善的產(chǎn)業(yè)配套體系、高效的資源配置能力、強大的集聚外溢功能、發(fā)達的國際交往網(wǎng)絡(luò)和宜居宜業(yè)的城市環(huán)境等為我國發(fā)展粵港澳大灣區(qū)提供了多方可資借鑒的經(jīng)驗。我國粵港澳大灣區(qū)的發(fā)展要努力增強灣區(qū)的聚合力,落實區(qū)域協(xié)同發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略;努力實現(xiàn)灣區(qū)規(guī)則、法律、人文交流一體化保障體系;提升灣區(qū)的生態(tài)環(huán)境質(zhì)量;匯集國際金融資本和人才,最終推動區(qū)域經(jīng)濟的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Under the background of the new pattern of global economic opening, Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area is the strategic fulcrum of Belt and Road and the important form of regional economic development in the Pearl River Delta. It is a system arrangement suitable for China's national conditions in the process of reform and opening up. How to better guide the economic globalization of China in the Bay area is a strategic and important subject that needs to be solved urgently. Compared to. As an important growth pole of regional economy, each Bay area plays a very important role in the process of economic development of their respective countries. They have perfect industrial matching system and efficient resource allocation ability. Powerful agglomeration spillover function. The developed international communication network and the suitable urban environment have provided many experiences for the development of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area in China. The development of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area in China should make great efforts to strengthen the cohesion of the Bay area.
