【摘要】："十二五"時期,江蘇區(qū)域經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展取得了較大成就,區(qū)域之間的相對差距持續(xù)縮小,為全省經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的全面可持續(xù)及社會發(fā)展的長遠穩(wěn)定奠定了堅實基礎(chǔ)。但區(qū)域之間的絕對差距仍然存在,發(fā)展中的不平衡、不協(xié)調(diào)問題依然突出。"十三五"時期,要頂住促進增長與保護生態(tài)的雙重壓力,按照發(fā)展經(jīng)濟與改善民生的雙重要求,完成擴大總量與提升質(zhì)量的雙重任務(wù),為"邁上新臺階、建設(shè)新江蘇"作出貢獻。
[Abstract]:During the "12th Five-Year Plan" period, the regional economic and social development in Jiangsu Province has made great achievements, and the relative gap between the regions continues to narrow. It has laid a solid foundation for the overall sustainable economic development of the province and the long-term stability of social development, but the absolute gap between regions still exists, and the development is unbalanced. During the 13th Five-Year Plan period, the dual pressure of promoting growth and protecting ecology should be resisted, and the dual tasks of expanding the total amount and improving the quality of the people's livelihood should be fulfilled in accordance with the dual requirements of developing the economy and improving the people's livelihood. For the "step up to a new level, building a new Jiangsu" to make contributions.
