【摘要】：大城市的空間擴(kuò)展方式直接影響到城市的空間形態(tài)、整體功能、承載力、可持續(xù)發(fā)展能力以及對(duì)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展的輻射帶動(dòng)能力�？偨Y(jié)分析世界各國(guó)大城市的成長(zhǎng)發(fā)展歷程和現(xiàn)狀可以發(fā)現(xiàn),大城市的空間擴(kuò)展是在經(jīng)濟(jì)、人口、交通、文化、科技、行政力量等因素的綜合作用下完成的,并受到自然條件的制約。我國(guó)的大城市要綜合考慮自身所處的自然地理?xiàng)l件、成長(zhǎng)發(fā)展階段等因素,因地因時(shí)地選擇合適的擴(kuò)展模式;要走集約節(jié)約利用土地、依靠科技進(jìn)步和產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)的內(nèi)涵式發(fā)展道路,構(gòu)建緊湊型城市空間結(jié)構(gòu);要發(fā)揮大城市對(duì)周邊地區(qū)的輻射帶動(dòng)作用,形成大中小城市和小城鎮(zhèn)、城市和鄉(xiāng)村協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的新格局,提升區(qū)域的城鎮(zhèn)化水平和整體競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。
[Abstract]:The spatial expansion mode of the big city directly affects the spatial form, the whole function and the bearing capacity of the city. Summary and analysis of the growth and development of large cities in the world and the current situation can be found that the spatial expansion of large cities is in the economy and population. Traffic, culture, science and technology, administrative forces and other factors completed, and restricted by natural conditions. China's big cities should consider their own natural geographical conditions, growth and development stage and other factors. Choosing the appropriate expansion mode; We should take intensive and economical use of land, rely on the implicit development road of scientific and technological progress and industrial transformation and upgrade, and construct a compact urban spatial structure. It is necessary to give full play to the role of big cities in promoting the development of surrounding areas, to form a new pattern of coordinated development of large, medium and small cities and towns, cities and villages, and to enhance the level of urbanization and the overall competitiveness of the regions.
