【摘要】：當前,隨著經(jīng)濟全球化和區(qū)域一體化發(fā)展,一個國家、省份或地區(qū)范圍內,毗鄰城市間同城化一體化發(fā)展正在凸顯為區(qū)域發(fā)展的新特點和熱點。尤其是距離較近、產(chǎn)業(yè)互補、人文相似的城市之間,人員往來密切、要素流動頻繁、經(jīng)濟合作緊密,逐步形成了同城化的發(fā)展趨向。國內外一些成功案例和實踐證明,同城化既是當今城市發(fā)展的一種階段形態(tài),也是城市發(fā)展的一種戰(zhàn)略選擇,作為促進區(qū)域經(jīng)濟加快發(fā)展的一種嶄新模式被越來越多的地方政府所選擇和實踐。 甘肅省臨夏市和臨夏縣同屬臨夏回族自治州管轄,臨夏市是臨夏州府所在地,是全州的政治、經(jīng)濟、文化和商旅中心,臨夏縣是臨夏州的人口大縣,是全州的蔬菜、生豬、雞蛋和牛奶主要產(chǎn)地。兩市縣區(qū)位一體、資源相關、人緣相親,合作與協(xié)同發(fā)展有著良好基礎。近年來,臨夏州委、州政府順應國家和甘肅省城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展趨勢,提出并實施臨夏市縣同城化發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,也極大地促進了兩地的合作發(fā)展。本文在相關理論研究和案例分析的基礎上,通過查閱資料、實地調研、訪談座談、問卷調查等形式,全面了解臨夏市縣同城化發(fā)展條件,并進行效應分析,作出適宜性判斷,有針對性地提出推進發(fā)展的措施辦法,目的在于以同城化加速城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展,進而為臨夏民族地區(qū)經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展提供一些有益借鑒。
[Abstract]:At present, with the economic globalization and the development of regional integration, a range of countries, provinces or regions, adjacent to the city between the city integration development are highlighted new features and hot spots for regional development. Especially the short distance between the cultural industries complement each other, similar to the city, close personnel exchanges, elements flow, closer economic co-operation and gradually formed a trend of city development. Some successful cases at home and abroad and the practice proves that a stage city is the development of a city, but also a strategic choice to promote the development of the city, as a new mode of regional economic development was accelerated by more and more local governments choose and practice.
Linxia Hui Autonomous Prefecture, Gansu province and Linxia city belong to the jurisdiction of Linxia County, Linxia City, is the seat of Linxia Prefecture, is the state's political, economic, cultural and business center, Linxia county is the largest population in the county of Linxia, is the state of vegetables, pigs, egg and milk. The main origin of two counties in one location, resources, popularity dates, cooperation and coordinated development has a good foundation. In recent years, Linxia City, the state government conform to the state and trends of the development of urbanization in Gansu Province, put forward and implemented the cities and counties of Linxia city development strategy, but also greatly promote the cooperation of the two development. Based on the analysis of the relevant theoretical research and case. Through access to information, on-the-spot investigation, interview, questionnaire survey, a comprehensive understanding of the conditions in Linxia city development, and analyzed the effect, make the appropriate judgment, pertinently put forward the development measures The aim is to accelerate the development of urbanization with the same urbanization, and then provide some useful reference for the economic and social development of Linxia ethnic areas.
