【摘要】：伴隨著經(jīng)濟全球化的進程的不斷加速，區(qū)際間的交流與合作日顯密切，，區(qū)域間經(jīng)濟合作己成為一個地區(qū)融入到更大區(qū)域追求經(jīng)濟快速發(fā)展的重要手段與方式，同時也成為了世界經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的趨勢。區(qū)域經(jīng)濟一體化為區(qū)域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展提供了強大的動力，并推動了經(jīng)濟社會的發(fā)展。在經(jīng)濟全球化背景下，伴隨著區(qū)域經(jīng)濟一體化的推進，“呼包鄂”經(jīng)濟圈的出現(xiàn)意味著自治區(qū)的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展已經(jīng)進入一個全新階段，“呼包鄂”區(qū)域經(jīng)濟一體化將成為參與區(qū)域競爭與合作，增強區(qū)域競爭力的必然選擇。所以，如何有效的推進“呼包鄂”城市圈的進 一步全面、快速、健康發(fā)展，是一個亟需研究的新課題。本文在上述背景下，運用理論研究與實證研究相結(jié)合、靜態(tài)分析、動態(tài)分析和比較分析相結(jié)合的研究方法，以“呼包鄂”三市的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展為研究對象，對該區(qū)域的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展概況、存在的問題以及發(fā)展策略進行了分析。首先，綜述部分，對國內(nèi)外學(xué)者就區(qū)域經(jīng)濟一體化及其相關(guān)研究進行了分析與評價。其次，從一體化的角度對呼包鄂地區(qū)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀進行了分析，包括產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)和呼包鄂地區(qū)經(jīng)濟的優(yōu)劣勢。再次，對呼包鄂這三個地區(qū)的發(fā)展模式以及對其經(jīng)濟發(fā)展進行了實證分析，即根據(jù)多元統(tǒng)計分析方法，建立了能夠反映行業(yè)比較優(yōu)勢、經(jīng)濟效益等方面的9項指標(biāo)體系。然后，運用SPSS18.0對呼包鄂各地的各 項指標(biāo)進行因子分析，并根據(jù)綜合得分對產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展水平進行了評估。研究表明:“呼包鄂”區(qū)域已經(jīng)呈現(xiàn)出經(jīng)濟一體化發(fā)展態(tài)勢，由于市場機制的基礎(chǔ)性作用以及政府機制的推動性作用都在增強，呼包鄂在基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)、生產(chǎn)要素流動、產(chǎn)業(yè)活動布局水平上，目前己達到了一定高度。但是，在某種程度上市場機制、政府機制及其組織機制存在一定的缺陷，“呼包鄂”區(qū)域與外圍經(jīng)濟地域單元之間存在一定的差距，所以，經(jīng)濟一體化發(fā)展水平仍處于偏低水平；為了快速有效地推進“呼包鄂”區(qū)域經(jīng)濟一體化發(fā)展，本文參考國內(nèi)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟一體化發(fā)展模式，通過建立模型做了實證分析，提出了對“呼包鄂”地區(qū)的產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展有積極作用的建議。
[Abstract]:Along with the accelerating process of economic globalization, exchanges and cooperation among regions is becoming more and more closely, regional economic cooperation has become an important means and way of a region into a larger area of the pursuit of rapid economic development, but also become the trend of world economic development. Regional economic integration provides a powerful impetus for the region the economic development, and promote the development of economy and society. Under the background of economic globalization, accompanied by regional economic integration, "call the emergence of" economic circle means the autonomous region's economic development has entered a new stage, "hubaoe" regional economic integration will become involved in the regional competition and cooperation. A comprehensive, rapid and healthy development, is a new topic. Based on the above background, using the combination of theoretical research and empirical research, static analysis, combines the methods of dynamic analysis and comparative analysis, by "hubaoe" three city economic development as the research object, on the economy the development of the region, the existing problems and development strategy are analyzed. Firstly, this part, domestic and foreign scholars on regional economic integration and its related research were analyzed and evaluated. Secondly, analyzes the present situation of economic development in the region call package from the integration perspective, including industrial structure and hubaoe regional economic advantages and disadvantages. The results show that: "hubaoe" has shown a trend of regional economic integration development, because of the fundamental role of the market mechanism and the government mechanism of the promoting role in the enhancement of hu-bao-e in infrastructure construction, the flow of production factors the industrial layout, activity level, and has reached a certain height. However, to some extent, there are some defects in the market mechanism, government mechanism and organization mechanism, "call there is a gap between the" economic region and the periphery region unit so the level of economic integration development is still at a low level in order to quickly; to effectively promote "hubaoe" development of regional economic integration, this paper refers to the domestic regional economic integration development model, through the establishment of the model to do the empirical analysis, put forward It has a positive effect on the industrial development of "Hubao Hubei" area.
