【摘要】："‘一帶一路’倡議"指"絲綢之路經(jīng)濟帶"與"21世紀海上絲綢之路",講求的是"和平合作、開放包容、互學(xué)互鑒、互利共贏"的新理念,是中國應(yīng)對經(jīng)濟全球化浪潮而提出的一項新型國際區(qū)域經(jīng)濟合作模式。作為推行絲綢之路文化內(nèi)涵的最新理念,在當(dāng)前現(xiàn)代性重構(gòu)、世界不同國家矛盾錯綜復(fù)雜背景下,"‘一帶一路’倡議"存在著國與國之間認知差異、大國暗中掣肘、風(fēng)險應(yīng)對性不強、缺少文明認同感等問題,面臨著在現(xiàn)有基礎(chǔ)上改變形式的時代緊迫性。馬克思批判"全球化"的世界歷史理論,為"‘一帶一路’倡議"實現(xiàn)社會工程轉(zhuǎn)化提供了邏輯中介。社會工程作為人們挖掘、塑造、深化"全球化"關(guān)系的新形態(tài),理應(yīng)成為當(dāng)今社會人們把握時代發(fā)展潮流的基本方式。"‘一帶一路’倡議"作為人類由沖突走向和平、由對抗走向共生的戰(zhàn)略決策,必然是一個不斷完善的系統(tǒng)工程。"‘一帶一路’倡議"的社會工程形態(tài)要做到在空間上共建,在布局上共謀,在內(nèi)容上共享,在責(zé)任上共擔(dān)。正是在"‘一帶一路’倡議"的社會工程形態(tài)優(yōu)化意義下,真正打造具有世界歷史意義的政治互信、經(jīng)濟融合、文化包容的利益共同體、命運共同體與責(zé)任共同體。
[Abstract]:The 'Belt and Road' initiative, which refers to the Silk Road Economic Belt and the 21th century Maritime Silk Road, emphasizes the new concept of "peaceful cooperation, openness and tolerance, mutual learning and mutual learning, and mutual benefit and mutual benefit". It is a new mode of international regional economic cooperation proposed by China in response to the wave of economic globalization. As the latest concept of carrying out the cultural connotation of the Silk Road, it is reconstructed in the present modernity. Under the complicated background of the contradiction of different countries in the world, the "Belt and Road initiative" has some problems, such as the cognitive difference between countries, the hidden constraints of big countries, the weak risk response and the lack of civilized identity. Faced with the urgency of changing the form on the existing basis, Marx criticized the "globalization" of the world history theory. It provides a logical intermediary for the "Belt and Road initiative" to realize the transformation of social engineering, which is a new form of people digging, shaping and deepening the relationship of "globalization". It should be the basic way for people to grasp the trend of development of the times. As a strategic decision of mankind from conflict to peace and from confrontation to symbiosis, the "Belt and Road initiative" is supposed to be the basic way for people to grasp the trend of development of the times. The social engineering form of the 'Belt and Road' initiative should be built together in space, colluded in layout and shared in content. It is in the "Belt and Road" initiative social engineering shape optimization sense, truly has the world historical significance political mutual trust, the economic integration, the cultural inclusion interest community. The Community of Destiny and the Community of responsibility.
