【摘要】：外商直接投資（FDI）作為資本、技術(shù)和知識(shí)的一個(gè)復(fù)合體，對(duì)東道主國(guó)家和地區(qū)的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展起著重要的推動(dòng)作用。近年來(lái)，河南省利用FDI的規(guī)模不斷擴(kuò)大，為河南省的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展做出了突出貢獻(xiàn)。然而，河南省各地區(qū)利用FDI的分布極不平衡，這種不平衡導(dǎo)致了河南省區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)的差異不斷擴(kuò)大，長(zhǎng)期下去，會(huì)對(duì)河南省各地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展造成很大的影響。文章主要探討河南省各地區(qū)之間利用FDI的差異化現(xiàn)象形成的原因和發(fā)展趨勢(shì)，在此基礎(chǔ)上分析河南各地區(qū)不同F(xiàn)DI規(guī)模下對(duì)地方經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的影響，以促進(jìn)河南經(jīng)濟(jì)的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展。 首先，文章建立了研究基礎(chǔ)，，在運(yùn)用“區(qū)位論”、“非均衡理論”以及“外商直接投資區(qū)位選擇”等相關(guān)理論的前提下，總結(jié)概括河南各地引用外部資本形成的一般性概念、結(jié)論等；在相關(guān)理論的綜合分析中梳理出河南省利用外商直接投資的總體狀況、產(chǎn)業(yè)分布和區(qū)際分布之間的關(guān)系，說(shuō)明研究河南各地FDI的必要性和可行性，奠定文章研究的理論基礎(chǔ)。 其次，文章設(shè)定了相關(guān)的研究指標(biāo)體系，通過(guò)構(gòu)建實(shí)際利用FDI份額、FDI額最大最小值比、總體差異分析指標(biāo)、基尼系數(shù)、錫爾系數(shù)、FDI區(qū)位熵等指標(biāo)，對(duì)河南省18個(gè)地區(qū)以及劃分的四個(gè)經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)利用FDI差異進(jìn)行了實(shí)證研究，通過(guò)相應(yīng)指標(biāo)的分析發(fā)現(xiàn)河南省區(qū)際間利用FDI的不均衡性顯著，總體差異比較大。中原城市群經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)利用FDI在全省處于領(lǐng)先地位，豫北經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)和黃淮經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)次之，豫西豫西南經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)處于絕對(duì)落后地位。 再者，文章構(gòu)建研究模型探討河南各地FDI差異的原因，通過(guò)對(duì)利用FDI區(qū)際差異的影響因素分析并結(jié)合河南省的實(shí)際狀況，選取集聚效應(yīng)、市場(chǎng)規(guī)模、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)、勞動(dòng)力資本、人力資本、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、對(duì)外開放度作為研究變量建立模型，懫用2001-2012年各地區(qū)的面板數(shù)據(jù)利用OLS方法進(jìn)行多元線性回歸，發(fā)現(xiàn)集聚效應(yīng)、市場(chǎng)規(guī)模、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)、勞動(dòng)力資本、人力資本、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、對(duì)外開放度對(duì)區(qū)際間的差異產(chǎn)生影響，人力資本不是河南省利用FDI區(qū)際間產(chǎn)生差異的原因。 最后，在探討區(qū)際間利用FDI差異形成原因的基礎(chǔ)上提出政策性建議，指出了地區(qū)特定要素和區(qū)域發(fā)展政策是影響區(qū)際間利用FDI差異的主要因素，在優(yōu)化河南省區(qū)際間利用FDI的政策方面要有全局觀念、通盤考慮。
[Abstract]:As a complex of capital, technology and knowledge, foreign direct investment (FDI) plays an important role in promoting the economic development of host countries and regions in recent years. The scale of utilizing FDI in Henan Province has been expanding constantly, which has made outstanding contribution to the economic development of Henan Province. However, the distribution of using FDI in every region of Henan Province is extremely unbalanced. This imbalance has led to the regional economic differences in Henan Province continue to expand for a long time. This paper mainly discusses the causes and development trend of the differentiation phenomenon of using FDI in different regions of Henan Province. In order to promote the coordinated development of Henan economy, this paper analyzes the influence of different FDI scale on the local economic development in Henan Province. First of all, the article has established the research foundation, under the application "location theory", "the disequilibrium theory" and "the foreign direct investment location choice" and so on related theory premise. Summing up and summarizing the general concepts and conclusions of external capital formation cited in Henan; In the comprehensive analysis of relevant theories, the overall situation of utilizing foreign direct investment in Henan Province, the relationship between industrial distribution and regional distribution is sorted out, which shows the necessity and feasibility of studying FDI in various parts of Henan Province. Lay the theoretical foundation of the article. Secondly, the paper sets up the relevant research index system, through the construction of the actual use of FDI share, the maximum and minimum value ratio of FDI, the overall difference analysis index, Gini coefficient, Sier coefficient. FDI location entropy and other indicators, 18 regions in Henan Province and the four economic zones divided into the use of FDI differences were empirically studied. Through the analysis of corresponding indicators, it is found that the utilization of FDI among regions in Henan Province is not balanced significantly, and the overall difference is relatively large. The Central Plains Urban agglomeration Economic Zone is in the leading position in the province using FDI. The economic zone of north Henan and Huanghuai economic zone is second, and the southwest economic zone of west Henan province is absolutely backward. Furthermore, this paper constructs a research model to explore the causes of FDI differences in Henan, through the use of FDI inter-regional differences and the actual situation of Henan Province, through the analysis of factors, select the agglomeration effect, market size. Infrastructure construction, labor capital, human capital, industrial structure, degree of opening to the outside world as research variables to establish the model. Using the panel data of each region from 2001 to 2012, using OLS method to carry on the multivariate linear regression, found the agglomeration effect, the market scale, the infrastructure construction, the labor capital, the human capital. The industrial structure and the degree of opening to the outside world have an impact on the inter-regional differences. Human capital is not the reason for the differences between the regions of Henan Province using FDI. Finally, based on the discussion of the reasons for the inter-regional FDI differences, the paper points out that regional specific elements and regional development policies are the main factors that affect the inter-regional use of FDI differences. In the policy of optimizing the interregional utilization of FDI in Henan Province, we should have the overall concept and overall consideration.
