【摘要】：我國地方本科高校由于發(fā)展定位迷茫、人才培養(yǎng)與社會(huì)需求錯(cuò)位、發(fā)展環(huán)境不對稱和資源獲得能力弱,導(dǎo)致其在發(fā)展中陷入平庸困境。"雙一流"戰(zhàn)略破除身份壁壘、鼓勵(lì)公平競爭、避免重復(fù)建設(shè)為地方本科高校擺脫平庸走向卓越帶來了機(jī)遇、動(dòng)力和信心。地方本科高校"創(chuàng)一流"建設(shè),實(shí)現(xiàn)卓越發(fā)展,要做好頂層戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃,以創(chuàng)一流學(xué)科為實(shí)施路徑,以服務(wù)地方區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展為使命,以人才隊(duì)伍建設(shè)為舉措,實(shí)行國際化戰(zhàn)略,走錯(cuò)位發(fā)展、特色發(fā)展之路。
[Abstract]:Due to the confusion of development orientation, the dislocation of talent training and social demand, the asymmetric development environment and weak ability to obtain resources in local undergraduate colleges and universities in China. "double first-class" strategy breaks down identity barriers, encourages fair competition, and avoids repeated construction, which brings opportunities for local colleges and universities to get rid of mediocrity and move towards excellence. Power and confidence. In order to achieve excellent development, it is necessary to do a good job in strategic planning at the top level, take the creation of first-class disciplines as the implementation path, and serve the regional economic and social development as the mission. Take the talent team construction as the measure, carry out the internationalization strategy, take the dislocation development, the characteristic development road.
