【摘要】：跨國(guó)公司總部經(jīng)濟(jì)是經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化發(fā)展到一定階段的產(chǎn)物，其效應(yīng)不僅加速了跨國(guó)公司自身的發(fā)展，更促進(jìn)了落戶的中心城市的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展。因而，總部經(jīng)濟(jì)也成為我國(guó)主要城市經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的重要內(nèi)容。充分認(rèn)識(shí)影響跨國(guó)公司地區(qū)總部區(qū)位選擇的因素，創(chuàng)造良好的投資環(huán)境、引導(dǎo)和適當(dāng)?shù)母深A(yù)跨國(guó)公司在華地區(qū)總部的設(shè)立和類型，吸引更多地區(qū)總部聚集在中心城市,這對(duì)于提高區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力、加速區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)具有重要的理論和實(shí)踐意義。 上海作為我國(guó)跨國(guó)公司地區(qū)總部發(fā)展程度較高的城市之一，其總部經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展引起了許多研究者的關(guān)注。本文以跨國(guó)公司地區(qū)總部經(jīng)濟(jì)效應(yīng)的視角，在闡述總部經(jīng)濟(jì)理論的基礎(chǔ)上，考察企業(yè)總部區(qū)位選址時(shí)所考慮的主要因素，，探究上海吸引總部聚集的優(yōu)勢(shì)以及總部經(jīng)濟(jì)對(duì)上海經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要戰(zhàn)略意義，進(jìn)而從稅收貢獻(xiàn)效應(yīng)、產(chǎn)業(yè)乘數(shù)效應(yīng)、消費(fèi)拉動(dòng)效應(yīng)、勞動(dòng)就業(yè)效應(yīng)這四個(gè)層面進(jìn)行實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)。文章利用上海市2002-2012年“租賃和商務(wù)服務(wù)業(yè)”的數(shù)據(jù)擬合上海市總部經(jīng)濟(jì)的規(guī)模，通過(guò)建立解釋變量體系進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究。最后對(duì)于如何完善上海吸引跨國(guó)公司地區(qū)總部入駐的政策做出了相應(yīng)的思考，提出針對(duì)性的建議。
[Abstract]:The headquarters economy of MNCs is the product of economic globalization and regional economic integration to a certain stage, and its effect not only accelerates the development of MNCs themselves. As a result, the headquarters economy has become an important part of the economic development strategy of the major cities in China, and fully understand the factors that affect the location choice of the regional headquarters of multinational corporations. Create a good investment environment, guide and appropriate intervention of multinational companies in the establishment and type of regional headquarters in China, attract more regional headquarters gathered in central cities, which will improve the competitiveness of regional industries. Accelerating regional economic growth has important theoretical and practical significance. As one of the cities with high level of development of regional headquarters of multinational corporations in China, the development of headquarters economy in Shanghai has attracted the attention of many researchers. This paper focuses on the economic effects of regional headquarters of multinational corporations. On the basis of expounding the economic theory of headquarters, this paper investigates the main factors considered in the location selection of enterprise headquarters, explores the advantages of Shanghai to attract headquarters gathering and the important strategic significance of headquarters economy to the economic development of Shanghai. Then from the tax contribution effect, the industrial multiplier effect, the consumption pull effect. The paper uses the data of "leasing and business service industry" from 2002 to 2012 to fit the scale of Shanghai headquarters economy. Through the establishment of explanatory variables system for empirical research. Finally, how to improve the policy of Shanghai to attract the regional headquarters of multinational companies to make corresponding thinking, and put forward targeted recommendations.
