高鐵對區(qū)域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的影響評估——基于DID模型對福建省的實證分析

【摘要】:本文通過選取2001-2014年福建省58個地級市的面板數(shù)據(jù),采用DID(difference in difference)模型,從經(jīng)濟增長、產(chǎn)業(yè)升級、城市化水平3個方面來衡量高鐵的開通是否對福建區(qū)域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展產(chǎn)生了影響。研究結(jié)果表明:在當(dāng)前中國整體宏觀經(jīng)濟形勢趨于平緩的情況下高鐵鐵路建設(shè)在短期內(nèi)對地區(qū)GDP總量水平產(chǎn)生了顯著的提升作用,但是對經(jīng)濟增長速度有抑制趨勢:同時,高鐵建設(shè)在短期內(nèi)對產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級、城市化水平均沒有顯著的促進(jìn)作用,但是高鐵對經(jīng)濟發(fā)展程度不同城市的影響表現(xiàn)出顯著的差異。最后,提出相應(yīng)的區(qū)域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展政策建議,以盡快發(fā)揮高鐵的經(jīng)濟效應(yīng),享受高鐵建設(shè)帶來的"紅利"。
[Abstract]:This paper selects the panel data of 58 prefectural cities in Fujian Province from 2001 to 2014, and adopts DID(difference in difference model. From economic growth, industrial upgrading. Three aspects of urbanization are used to measure whether the opening of high-speed rail has had an impact on the regional economic development of Fujian. The results show that:. At present, the overall macroeconomic situation in China tends to smooth, the high-speed railway construction in the short term to the total level of regional GDP has a significant role in promoting. However, there is a tendency to restrain the economic growth rate: at the same time, high-speed rail construction in the short term to upgrade the industrial structure, urbanization level has no significant role in promoting. However, the impact of high-speed rail on the economic development of different cities shows significant differences. Finally, the corresponding regional economic development policy recommendations are put forward in order to give full play to the economic effects of high-speed rail as soon as possible. Enjoy the "dividend" of high-speed rail construction.
