【摘要】:開發(fā)區(qū)在促進區(qū)域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展、城市化水平、城市建設(shè)過程中起著重要作用,但是,由于開發(fā)區(qū)內(nèi)部產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的差異、區(qū)位因素不同,導(dǎo)致開發(fā)區(qū)內(nèi)部土地的非集約化甚至浪費。根據(jù)保定市開發(fā)區(qū)的區(qū)位條件,將其劃分為中心區(qū)、實驗區(qū)、東區(qū)、西區(qū),從土地利用狀況、土地利用市場化程度、土地利用效率和管理績效4個準則層選取了15項指標因素,運用熵權(quán)-TOPSIS模型分析了研究區(qū)內(nèi)土地整體集約水平和內(nèi)部空間差異性。研究結(jié)果表明:保定市開發(fā)區(qū)土地集約化水平整體較高,但空間差異性顯著,中心區(qū)、實驗區(qū)、東區(qū)、西區(qū)集約化程度依次遞減。產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的趨同和土地資源的優(yōu)化配制不合理是導(dǎo)致開發(fā)區(qū)內(nèi)部集約化程度不同的主要因素。
[Abstract]:Development zones play an important role in promoting regional economic development, urbanization level and urban construction. However, due to the differences of industrial structure within the development zones, location factors are different. According to the location conditions of Baoding development zone, it can be divided into central district, experimental area, eastern area, west area, from the land use status, land use marketization degree. Land use efficiency and management performance of the four criteria selected 15 factors. Based on the entropy weight TOPSIS model, the paper analyzes the whole land intensive level and the internal spatial difference in the study area. The research results show that the land intensive level of Baoding City Development Zone is relatively high as a whole. But the space difference is remarkable, the center area, the experimental area, the east side. The convergence of industrial structure and the unreasonable allocation of land resources are the main factors leading to the different degree of intensive development zone.
