【摘要】：越南與中國在1991年實(shí)現(xiàn)了關(guān)系正�；�,自此之后,越中雙邊經(jīng)貿(mào)合作開始不斷快速向前發(fā)展。特別是在1999年以后,兩國《聯(lián)合聲明》的簽訂,對越中雙邊經(jīng)貿(mào)關(guān)系以十六字方針的形式確定下來,為21世紀(jì)越中雙邊經(jīng)貿(mào)關(guān)系的發(fā)展奠定了良好的基礎(chǔ)。截止到2015年,越南第一大貿(mào)易伙伴都是中國�，F(xiàn)階段,中國還是越南第一大進(jìn)口來源國,越南自中國的進(jìn)口貿(mào)易額占其進(jìn)口總額約1/3左右,在越南的出口市場中,中國排名第四位。由此可見,越南對中國的貿(mào)易依存度較大。此外,越中兩國經(jīng)濟(jì)合作也是雙邊關(guān)系的重點(diǎn),近年來,隨著中國企業(yè)實(shí)力的上升,其在越南市場發(fā)揮的影響力業(yè)逐漸增大。在區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化和世界經(jīng)濟(jì)格局的快速變化背景下,越中兩國的經(jīng)貿(mào)關(guān)系發(fā)展一直是亟待研究的課題。本文通過國際貿(mào)易理論的分析,探討越中兩國雙邊貿(mào)易開展的必然趨勢以及合作基礎(chǔ),研究越中貿(mào)易近期發(fā)展?fàn)顩r、貿(mào)易規(guī)模、貿(mào)易結(jié)構(gòu)、貿(mào)易依存度等。結(jié)合相關(guān)研究可以得出,近年來越中雙邊經(jīng)貿(mào)關(guān)系越來越密切,其中貿(mào)易合作方面表現(xiàn)除了規(guī)模不斷擴(kuò)大,結(jié)構(gòu)有所優(yōu)化,逆差顯著增加等特征;投資方面體現(xiàn)出了投資增長快速、跨境區(qū)域合作加強(qiáng),經(jīng)貿(mào)合作整體在向著縱深等方向發(fā)展,但與此同時(shí)也存在不少問題,如,貿(mào)易嚴(yán)重失衡,雙方出口商品結(jié)構(gòu)過于集中,邊境貿(mào)易秩序混亂導(dǎo)致貿(mào)易摩擦不斷等等。
[Abstract]:Since the normalization of relations between Vietnam and China in 1991, bilateral economic and trade cooperation between Vietnam and China has continued to develop rapidly, especially after 1999, when the two countries signed the Joint Declaration. The bilateral economic and trade relations between Vietnam and China were confirmed in the form of a 16 word guideline, which laid a good foundation for the development of bilateral economic and trade relations between the two countries in 21th century and up to 2015. Vietnam's largest trading partner is China. At this stage, China is still Vietnam's largest source of imports. Vietnam's import trade from China accounts for about 1/3 of its total import volume, and it is in Vietnam's export market. China ranks 4th. It can be seen that Vietnam is highly dependent on China for trade. In addition, economic cooperation between Vietnam and China is also the focus of bilateral relations. In recent years, as the strength of Chinese enterprises has increased. Its influence in the Vietnam market gradually increased. In the context of regional economic integration and rapid changes in the world economic pattern. The development of bilateral economic and trade relations between Vietnam and China has always been an urgent task to be studied. This paper, through the analysis of international trade theory, discusses the inevitable trend of bilateral trade between Vietnam and China and the basis of cooperation. The recent development of Sino-Vietnamese trade, trade scale, trade structure, degree of trade dependence and so on. Combined with relevant studies, we can conclude that bilateral economic and trade relations between Vietnam and China have become more and more close in recent years. Among them, the trade cooperation is characterized by the enlargement of the scale, the optimization of the structure and the remarkable increase of the deficit. Investment reflects the rapid growth of investment, the strengthening of cross-border regional cooperation, the overall development of economic and trade cooperation towards the depth of the direction, but at the same time there are many problems, such as serious trade imbalance. Both sides export commodity structure is too centralized, border trade disorder causes trade friction and so on.
