【摘要】：國務(wù)院于2012年4月正式批準(zhǔn)在琿春市成立“中國圖們江區(qū)域(琿春)國際合作示范區(qū)”,為琿春市經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展提供了千載難逢的機(jī)遇。對琿春國際經(jīng)濟(jì)合作示范區(qū)的建設(shè)和發(fā)展的研究,是探索沿邊地區(qū)跨境經(jīng)濟(jì)合作先行先試模式、深入推動?xùn)|北亞地區(qū)開發(fā)合作、實(shí)現(xiàn)圖們江地區(qū)跨越式發(fā)展的必然選擇。 加速構(gòu)建琿春國際合作示范區(qū),實(shí)現(xiàn)琿春經(jīng)濟(jì)跨越式發(fā)展是國家戰(zhàn)略需要,將有利于促進(jìn)東北業(yè)各國的經(jīng)貿(mào)合作,實(shí)現(xiàn)優(yōu)勢互補(bǔ)、互利共贏和共同發(fā)展；有利于探索我國沿邊地區(qū)開發(fā)開放的新道路,加快東北老工業(yè)基地振興和促進(jìn)區(qū)域協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展；有利于提升我國民族邊疆地區(qū)的經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會發(fā)展總體水平,促進(jìn)邊疆民族地區(qū)的團(tuán)結(jié)、穩(wěn)定、.繁榮和發(fā)展,具有非常重要的理論與現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本文主要采用了區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)和國際經(jīng)濟(jì)合作相關(guān)理論知識,對區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)理論的基本內(nèi)容,國際經(jīng)濟(jì)合作模式及內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了論述,并對國際合作示范區(qū)的概念進(jìn)行了界定。對琿春國際合作示范區(qū)設(shè)立背景、琿春市的自然資源、口岸情況、周邊國家主要港門情況、航線情況及琿春的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)介紹,并從打造國際性能源礦產(chǎn)基地、現(xiàn)代化外向型出口加工基地、圖們江地區(qū)國際物流基地、面向東北亞的跨國旅游基地等方而進(jìn)行琿春國際合作示范區(qū)建設(shè)。詳細(xì)分析了琿春國際合作示范區(qū)發(fā)展面臨的內(nèi)部問題、外部的制約因素及優(yōu)勢。最后提出了琿春國際合作示范區(qū)發(fā)展的策略。
[Abstract]:In April 2012 , the State Council officially approved the establishment of the International Cooperation Demonstration Zone of the Tumen River Region ( Hunchun ) in Hunchun City , which provided a great opportunity for the economic and social development of Hunchun . The research on the construction and development of the international economic cooperation demonstration area in Hunchun is an inevitable choice to explore the first pilot pattern of cross - border economic cooperation in the coastal area , and further promote the development cooperation in Northeast Asia and realize the development of the cross - border economy in Tumen River region . To accelerate the construction of the demonstration zone of Hunchun international cooperation , to realize the cross - border development of Hunchun economy is the national strategic need , it will be beneficial to promote the economic and trade cooperation of all countries in the northeast industry , realize the mutual benefit and win - win and common development , facilitate the exploration of the open new roads in the coastal areas of our country , accelerate the revitalization of the northeast old industrial base and promote the coordinated development of the region ; promote the unity , stability , prosperity and development of the border areas of our country , and have very important theoretical and practical significance . This paper mainly adopts the relevant theoretical knowledge of regional economics and international economic cooperation , discusses the basic contents of regional economic theory , international economic cooperation pattern and content , and defines the concept of international cooperation demonstration area . It analyzes the internal problems and external restriction factors and advantages of Hunchun International Cooperation Demonstration Zone . Finally , it puts forward the strategy of the development of Hunchun International Cooperation Demonstration Zone .
