【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)改革開放和西部大開發(fā)戰(zhàn)略的不斷推進(jìn)，我國(guó)涌現(xiàn)出了諸多經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)，西部城市也逐步崛起，關(guān)中-天水經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)規(guī)劃為國(guó)家層面的戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃，建成后將成為支撐和帶動(dòng)西部地區(qū)加快發(fā)展的重要增長(zhǎng)極，對(duì)建設(shè)大西安、帶動(dòng)大關(guān)中、引領(lǐng)大西北，承接?xùn)|部地區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移，促進(jìn)區(qū)域協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展，形成內(nèi)陸型經(jīng)濟(jì)開發(fā)開放戰(zhàn)略高地具有十分重要的促進(jìn)作用。公路基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施是實(shí)現(xiàn)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)快速發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)與先導(dǎo)，流通速度與效率也己成為區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行質(zhì)量好壞的決定力量，，高速、靈活性和網(wǎng)絡(luò)化成為新經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代提升經(jīng)濟(jì)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力必備的特性，而完善便捷的交通基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施是提升區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)增速的重要平臺(tái)。因此，提高完善關(guān)中地區(qū)交通運(yùn)輸條件，對(duì)提升區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行質(zhì)量、擴(kuò)大輻射影響范圍，引領(lǐng)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)率先發(fā)展具有極其重要的作用。 本文首先論述了經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)的內(nèi)涵，包括經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)概念、特點(diǎn)和意義，列舉了我國(guó)現(xiàn)有經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)，分析了關(guān)中-天水經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)的發(fā)展特征。其次，論述了關(guān)中-天水經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)的發(fā)展目標(biāo)、空間布局規(guī)劃、區(qū)域綜合發(fā)展及專項(xiàng)規(guī)劃和區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展預(yù)測(cè)。最后，本文論述了關(guān)中-天水經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)交通現(xiàn)狀，分析了項(xiàng)目區(qū)現(xiàn)有公路狀況。以合陽(yáng)至鳳翔高速公路為例，闡述了合陽(yáng)至鳳翔高速公路建設(shè)對(duì)關(guān)中-天水經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)發(fā)展的意義，分析了路線不同方案對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)的不同影響，最終確定最佳路線方案。
[Abstract]:With the development of reform and opening up and development of the western region in China continues to advance, China has emerged a lot of economic zone, west of the city is also gradually rise, Guanzhong Tianshui Economic Zone Planning for strategic planning at the national level, will become an important growth to support and promote the development of the western region to accelerate the construction of Xi'an, driven. Guanzhong, leading the northwest, the eastern industrial transfer, promoting coordinated regional development, has a very important role in promoting the formation of inland economic development and opening up the strategic highland. The highway infrastructure is the basis and guiding the development of regional economy and society, the circulation speed and efficiency has become the decisive force, the quality of regional economic operation high speed, flexibility and network become the essential characteristics of the economic competitiveness of the new economic era, and convenient transportation infrastructure is to promote regional economic growth Therefore, improving and improving transportation conditions in Guanzhong area plays an important role in improving the quality of regional economic operation, expanding the scope of radiation impact and leading the development of regional economy and society.
This paper first discusses the connotation of economic zone, including the concept of economic zone, characteristics and significance, lists the existing economic zone of China, analyzes the characteristics of the development of Guanzhong Tianshui Economic Zone. Secondly, discusses the development target of Guanzhong Tianshui Economic Zone, spatial layout planning, forecasting and planning of regional development and regional economy development. Finally, this paper discusses the traffic situation in Guanzhong Tianshui Economic Zone, analyzed the current situation in the project area. The highway from Heyang to Fengxiang expressway as an example, elaborated Heyang to Fengxiang expressway construction significance of Guanzhong Tianshui Economic Zone Development, analyzes the different effects of different routes on the economy area, ultimately determine the best route.
