【摘要】：隨著新的發(fā)展時期的到來,在黨中央、國務院的領導之下,我國的經(jīng)濟實現(xiàn)了跨越式的發(fā)展,國民生活水平逐步高升,創(chuàng)造了中國經(jīng)濟騰飛的奇跡。國家的創(chuàng)新能力不斷增加、科技應用能力穩(wěn)步提高、人民生活水平得到了普遍的改善、社會精神文明建設取得了可喜的成績,這一切都昭示著中華民族正在崛起。但是,我們也應該看到,現(xiàn)階段我們國家的扶貧開發(fā)任務依然很艱巨,依然有大量的人口處于貧困線之下。面對這樣的現(xiàn)實環(huán)境,中央扶貧開發(fā)工作會議上,把連片特困地區(qū)作為扶貧工作的主戰(zhàn)場,把穩(wěn)定解決扶貧對象溫飽、盡快實現(xiàn)脫貧致富作為首要任務,注重經(jīng)濟發(fā)展方式的轉(zhuǎn)變,注重增強扶貧對象的自我開發(fā),注重基本公共服務均等化,注重制約發(fā)展中突出問題的解決,努力推動貧困地區(qū)經(jīng)濟社會更好更快發(fā)展。科技扶貧作為扶貧開發(fā)的一種重要的手段,自1986年首次提出以來,在農(nóng)村的扶貧工作中取得了較好的效果,受到了越來越多的重視,成為現(xiàn)階段我國扶貧工作中的重要內(nèi)容。 本文通過對科技扶貧方式的研究,從創(chuàng)新的視角,將其與農(nóng)業(yè)企業(yè)的成長結合起來,通過科技扶貧工作的開展,為農(nóng)業(yè)企業(yè)的成長提供可行性的路徑方案,進而達到推動農(nóng)業(yè)企業(yè)的成長、活躍社會經(jīng)濟,帶動整個扶貧區(qū)域經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展,最終為扶貧大業(yè)做出貢獻。本文的主要內(nèi)容如下： 第一章——緒論。對文章的整體思路和框架進行簡單的介紹,提出本文的背景、研究的意義、研究方法和技術路線圖。 第二章——相關理論及研究綜述。對科技扶貧、農(nóng)業(yè)企業(yè)、企業(yè)成長理論等相關理論進行總結分析,作為現(xiàn)階段農(nóng)業(yè)企業(yè)成長的主要理論依據(jù)。 第三章——我國科技扶貧與農(nóng)業(yè)企業(yè)成長的現(xiàn)狀研究。通過對我國現(xiàn)階段科技扶貧工作現(xiàn)狀和與農(nóng)業(yè)企業(yè)成長相關情況進行分析,指出科技扶貧工作面臨的機遇和挑戰(zhàn),同時,總結農(nóng)業(yè)企業(yè)成長中的成功的經(jīng)驗,重點研究發(fā)展中存在的一些問題。并且同歸對科技扶貧手段的歸納,構建科技扶貧效果的測評維度。 第四章——國外以科學技術促進現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的經(jīng)驗梳理。對國外科學技術促進現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的經(jīng)驗進行比較研究,作為我國科技扶貧與農(nóng)業(yè)企業(yè)成長的路徑構建提供可以借鑒的經(jīng)驗。 第五章——科技扶貧與農(nóng)業(yè)企業(yè)成長關系的分析。指出在經(jīng)濟發(fā)展過程中,科技扶貧有助于農(nóng)業(yè)企業(yè)發(fā)展模式的創(chuàng)新,能夠為農(nóng)業(yè)企業(yè)的發(fā)展提供所需要的技術、人才以及信息等生產(chǎn)要素,能夠提升農(nóng)產(chǎn)品附加值,并幫助農(nóng)業(yè)企業(yè)的發(fā)展構建起農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展網(wǎng)絡。同時,也指出農(nóng)業(yè)企業(yè)的成長壯大反過來能夠進一步的鞏固科技扶貧開發(fā)的實踐成果。 第六章——科技扶貧與農(nóng)業(yè)企業(yè)成長的實證研究。通過選取連片特困地區(qū)之一的武陵山地區(qū),以其中的貧困大聲省貴州作為分析對象,首先對其歷年農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展狀況進行了系統(tǒng)的分析,對現(xiàn)階段科技扶貧工作的整體環(huán)境有清晰的認識。然后在問卷調(diào)查資料的基礎上對科技扶貧與農(nóng)業(yè)企業(yè)成長的影響因素進行實證分析,從定量的視角找出科技扶貧在促進農(nóng)業(yè)企業(yè)成長中的問題,為路徑構建打下基礎。 第七章——對策建議及結論展望。在對科技扶貧與農(nóng)業(yè)企業(yè)成長進行了系統(tǒng)的研究之后,指出科技扶貧在實踐過程中應該為從內(nèi)部為農(nóng)業(yè)企業(yè)的發(fā)展提供所需要的資金、技術、人才等資源。同時,通過科技扶貧的開展在外部為農(nóng)業(yè)企業(yè)的發(fā)展構造良好的環(huán)境。最后,指出在新的扶貧開發(fā)形勢下,新的問題層次不群,科技扶貧與農(nóng)業(yè)企業(yè)成長的路徑需要不斷得到創(chuàng)新。
[Abstract]:With the coming of the new period of development, the CPC Central Committee, under the leadership of the State Council, China's economy to achieve leapfrog development, people's living standard gradually rising, Chinese created a miracle of economic growth. The national innovation ability is increasing, the ability to use technology has improved steadily, people's living standards have been greatly improved. The construction of socialist spiritual civilization has made gratifying achievements, all this shows the Chinese nation is rising. However, we should also see that the task of poverty alleviation and development at the present stage of our country is still very difficult, there is still a large number of the population below the poverty line. In the face of this reality, the poverty alleviation work conference, the. Poor areas as the main battlefield of poverty alleviation, the stability of poverty alleviation object of food and clothing, to achieve poverty as the primary task as soon as possible, pay attention to the transformation of economic development mode, note Strengthening self development for poverty alleviation object, focus on the equalization of basic public services, focusing on solving outstanding problems restricting the development, efforts to promote faster development of economy and society better poverty alleviation in poor areas. As an important means of poverty alleviation and development, put forward for the first time since 1986, has achieved good effect in rural poverty alleviation work. More and more attention, has become an important part of China's poverty alleviation work at this stage.
In this paper, through the research on the way of poverty alleviation on science and technology, from the perspective of innovation, combined with the growth of agricultural enterprises, to carry out poverty alleviation through science and technology, the feasibility of the scheme provides a path for agricultural enterprises, and to promote the growth of agricultural enterprises, active social economy, promote the development of poverty alleviation and regional economy, and ultimately make a contribution to poverty alleviation in industry. The main contents of this paper are as follows:
The first chapter, introduction, introduces the whole idea and frame of the article, and puts forward the background, the significance of the research, the research method and the technical roadmap.
The second chapter is the summary of related theories and research. It summarizes and analyzes the related theories of technology poverty alleviation, agricultural enterprises, enterprise growth theory and so on, which is the main theoretical basis for the growth of agricultural enterprises at this stage.
The third chapter: the research status of science and technology of our country agriculture poverty alleviation and enterprise growth. Through the analysis of the current status of China's poverty alleviation work and the growth of agricultural enterprises and related situation, pointed out that the face of poverty alleviation work opportunities and challenges, at the same time, summed up the agricultural enterprises in the growth of successful experience, some problems existing in the development of key research Tonggui. And the means of poverty alleviation on science and technology, summed up the dimensions of evaluation, construction technology of the effect.
The fourth chapter is the experience of foreign countries in promoting the development of modern agriculture by science and technology, and makes a comparative study of the experience of foreign science and technology to promote the development of modern agriculture. It can provide some experience for us to build our scientific and technological poverty alleviation and the growth path of agricultural enterprises.
The fifth chapter: analysis of the relationship between poverty alleviation and agricultural science and technology enterprise growth. It is pointed out that in the process of economic development, poverty alleviation and technology innovation will help the development model of agricultural enterprises, can provide the technology needed for the development of agricultural enterprise, talent, information and other factors of production, to improve the added value of agricultural products, and help the development of agricultural enterprises build up the agricultural development network. At the same time, also points out that the agricultural enterprises to grow in turn to further consolidate the achievements of science and technology practice of poverty alleviation and development.
The sixth chapter: An Empirical Study on poverty alleviation and agricultural enterprise growth. By selecting one of the contiguous destitute areas of Wuling mountain area, in which the poverty of Guizhou province loudly as the research object, firstly, a systematic analysis on the agricultural economic development, the overall environment of science and technology at this stage of the poverty relief work has a clear understanding of then. Empirical analysis on Influence Factors of poverty alleviation and agricultural enterprises growth based on survey data, find out the poverty alleviation in the promotion of agricultural enterprises in the growth problem from a quantitative perspective, the construction to lay the foundation for the path.
The seventh chapter forecast -- Countermeasures and conclusion. On poverty alleviation and agricultural enterprise growth were studied, pointed out that poverty alleviation in the process of practice should be from the inside to provide the required funds for the development of agricultural enterprise technology, personnel and other resources. At the same time, through the development of science and technology for the development of poverty alleviation in the external structure agricultural enterprises good environment. Finally, pointed out that in the new situation of poverty alleviation and development under the new level of poverty alleviation and agricultural science and technology group, the path of enterprise growth need to constantly innovate.
