【摘要】：一個國家的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平體現(xiàn)在其產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)以及產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展水平上。金融作為國民經(jīng)濟(jì)脈絡(luò)的重要組成部分，對經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展起著不可或缺的作用。金融發(fā)展對產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)整至關(guān)重要。產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)化，需要作為供血系統(tǒng)的金融體系的支持，可以說金融體系的支持是產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整的重要保障。 目前，中國的區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展存在著不均衡的狀況，區(qū)域之間的產(chǎn)業(yè)現(xiàn)狀與金融水平差異很大，這就為研究不同區(qū)域的產(chǎn)業(yè)與金融關(guān)系提供了重要的素材。當(dāng)前，在國家在實(shí)行“中部崛起”的戰(zhàn)略背景下，山西作為中部省份，是國家重要的能源基地，在國家的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中起著重要作用，但是山西金融發(fā)展水平比較落后，金融體系效率不高，產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展方面也存在著資源型行業(yè)占比過大，農(nóng)業(yè)、服務(wù)業(yè)占比小，資源利用率低等一系列問題，本文認(rèn)為研究山西金融支持產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整的問題具有很大的價(jià)值。 本文的研究內(nèi)容以金融與產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的關(guān)系為基礎(chǔ)，在全面考察山西金融與產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展的現(xiàn)實(shí)基礎(chǔ)上，側(cè)重于研究金融發(fā)展對產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化調(diào)整的作用。在研究方法上主要理論分析與實(shí)證分析相結(jié)合，理論研究方面，在概述了國內(nèi)外關(guān)于金融發(fā)展與產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的理論觀點(diǎn)基礎(chǔ)上，進(jìn)一步系統(tǒng)的總結(jié)了產(chǎn)業(yè)的結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整理論與金融發(fā)展理論以及二者之間的關(guān)系。在理論分析的基礎(chǔ)上，全面分析了山西的產(chǎn)業(yè)和金融發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀，并進(jìn)行了金融對產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整的影響分析，通過分析了解到山西金融發(fā)展在促進(jìn)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整方面的現(xiàn)實(shí)狀況及影響。實(shí)證分析方面，本文收集了1993—2012年山西金融與產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的經(jīng)濟(jì)數(shù)據(jù)，對山西產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)與金融發(fā)展之間的關(guān)系進(jìn)行了實(shí)證研究，選取了金融規(guī)模性指標(biāo)、結(jié)構(gòu)性指標(biāo)和效率性指標(biāo)三個金融發(fā)展指標(biāo)與產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化指標(biāo)來研究金融的發(fā)展對產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)調(diào)整的影響，在實(shí)證研究過程中，通過VAR模型的建立，，格蘭杰檢驗(yàn)和脈沖函數(shù)圖以及協(xié)整分析等方法，來研究金融發(fā)展與產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整之間的長短期關(guān)系，以確定它們之間的數(shù)量關(guān)系。實(shí)證研究結(jié)果表明金融發(fā)展與產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)之間存在著長短期的均衡關(guān)系，說明金融市場的發(fā)展是產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化調(diào)整的重要動力。通過上述的研究，本文認(rèn)為，金融市場的規(guī)模、金融結(jié)構(gòu)以及金融效率水平都影響著產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)整，金融市場的發(fā)展是促進(jìn)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)整的重要途徑。最后，結(jié)合山西金融發(fā)展與產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的現(xiàn)實(shí)狀況以及本文的研究結(jié)論。從改善金融生態(tài)，強(qiáng)化政策性金融支持，大力發(fā)展資本市場和積極引入產(chǎn)業(yè)投資基金，以及提高信貸資金使用效率等多角度提出了強(qiáng)化山西金融支持產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整的政策建議。
[Abstract]:The level of economic development of a country is reflected in its industrial structure and the level of industrial development. Finance as an important part of the national economic context. Financial development plays an indispensable role in economic development. Financial development is very important to the adjustment of industrial structure. The optimization of industrial structure needs to be supported by the financial system of blood supply system. It can be said that the support of the financial system is an important guarantee for the adjustment of industrial structure. At present, the development of regional economy in China is unbalanced, and the industrial status and financial level of different regions are very different. This provides important materials for the study of the relationship between industry and finance in different regions. At present, Shanxi, as a central province, is an important national energy base in the context of the national strategy of "the rise of the central region". In the economic development of the country plays an important role, but the level of financial development in Shanxi is relatively backward, the financial system efficiency is not high, there are also a large proportion of resource-based industries in industrial development, agriculture, service industries account for a small proportion. A series of problems, such as low utilization rate of resources, are considered to be of great value in the study of the adjustment of the industrial structure of financial support in Shanxi. The research content of this paper is based on the relationship between finance and industrial development, and on the basis of a comprehensive investigation of the development of finance and industry in Shanxi Province. Focus on the role of financial development in the optimization of industrial structure adjustment. In the research methods of the main theoretical analysis and empirical analysis combined, theoretical research. On the basis of summarizing the theory of financial development and industrial development at home and abroad. Further systematically summarizes the industrial structure adjustment theory and financial development theory and the relationship between the two. On the basis of theoretical analysis, it comprehensively analyzes the current situation of industrial and financial development in Shanxi. By analyzing the impact of finance on the adjustment of industrial structure, the author finds out the actual situation and influence of Shanxi financial development in promoting the adjustment of industrial structure. This paper collects the economic data of Shanxi financial and industrial development from 1993 to 2012, conducts an empirical study on the relationship between Shanxi's industrial structure and financial development, and selects the financial scale indicators. Structural indicators and efficiency indicators three indicators of financial development and industrial structure optimization indicators to study the impact of financial development on the adjustment of industrial integration, in the process of empirical research, through the establishment of VAR model. Granger test, pulse function diagram and cointegration analysis are used to study the long-term and short-term relationship between financial development and industrial structure adjustment. Empirical results show that there is a long-term and short-term equilibrium relationship between financial development and industrial structure. The development of financial market is an important driving force for the optimization and adjustment of industrial structure. Based on the above research, this paper believes that the scale of financial market, financial structure and the level of financial efficiency all affect the adjustment of industrial structure. The development of financial market is an important way to promote the adjustment of industrial structure. Finally, combining the current situation of financial development and industrial structure in Shanxi Province and the conclusion of this paper, we can improve the financial ecology. This paper puts forward some policy suggestions on strengthening the adjustment of Shanxi financial support industry structure, such as strengthening policy-oriented financial support, vigorously developing capital market, actively introducing industrial investment funds, and improving the efficiency of using credit funds.
