【摘要】：文章通過對廣州大量村集體建設(shè)用地利用現(xiàn)狀的調(diào)研,選取樣本村的相關(guān)指標(biāo),利用主成分分析法進(jìn)行土地利用效益評價(jià)。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):廣州市農(nóng)村集體建設(shè)用地利用效益整體偏低,并且與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展程度相關(guān),集體建設(shè)用地利用和經(jīng)營方式單一、粗放。建議提高土地容積率,提升土地利用功能,探索多種土地流轉(zhuǎn)方式和經(jīng)營方式等來提高農(nóng)村集體建設(shè)用地利用效益水平。
[Abstract]:Through the investigation of the current situation of collective construction land use in a large number of villages in Guangzhou, this paper selects the relevant indicators of the sample villages. The main component analysis method is used to evaluate the land use benefit. The results show that the overall efficiency of rural collective construction land use in Guangzhou is low, and it is related to the degree of regional economic development. The collective construction land use and management mode is simple and extensive. It is suggested to raise the land volume rate and improve the land use function. To explore a variety of land transfer and management methods to improve the level of rural collective construction land use efficiency.
