【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的轉(zhuǎn)型,港口投資的發(fā)展重心已從沿海向大陸縱深方向發(fā)展,內(nèi)河航運(yùn)發(fā)展?jié)摿薮?西江中上游貨運(yùn)市場(chǎng)機(jī)遇空前。珠海港受經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展制約,總體發(fā)展滯后,為促進(jìn)西江貨源向珠海港聚集,珠海港股份擬投資建設(shè)梧州大利口碼頭。 為論證梧州港大利口碼頭項(xiàng)目的經(jīng)濟(jì)可行性,更好的為投資者提供決策依據(jù),本文首先以珠海港實(shí)施“西江戰(zhàn)略”、拓展港口腹地作為本文研究的背景,在對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用調(diào)查法、模擬法、定量和定性分析方法,從地理位置、自然條件等角度分析得出本項(xiàng)目具備投資的必要條件；根據(jù)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展情況分析說明了項(xiàng)目市場(chǎng)發(fā)展前景可觀,分析所在地碼頭現(xiàn)狀及項(xiàng)目腹地貨源貨量的情況得出擬投資的項(xiàng)目具備有力的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力和充足的貨源基礎(chǔ)；通過對(duì)項(xiàng)目盈利能力、償債能力等財(cái)務(wù)生存能力對(duì)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行財(cái)務(wù)評(píng)價(jià),通過盈虧平衡點(diǎn)和敏感性對(duì)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行不確定性分析,計(jì)算得出項(xiàng)目運(yùn)營(yíng)后財(cái)務(wù)狀況良好,財(cái)務(wù)收益率明顯高于行業(yè)平均標(biāo)準(zhǔn)；最后分析通過資金、人員、政策三種措施保障項(xiàng)目得以實(shí)施。 研究結(jié)果表明,擬投資的項(xiàng)目競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力較強(qiáng),具有一定的投資價(jià)值,符合國(guó)家產(chǎn)業(yè)政策和企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,符合股東要求的投資回報(bào)率。該研究對(duì)理論和實(shí)踐的結(jié)合具備一定的參考價(jià)值,同時(shí)為投資者投資決策提供依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:With the transformation of China's economy, the development center of port investment from the development of coastal areas to inland shipping, the depth direction, the development potential is huge, in the upper reaches of Xijiang River freight market unprecedented opportunities. Zhuhai port is restricted by economic development, overall development lags behind, in order to promote the supply of the Pearl River Xijiang gathered harbor, Zhuhai port company intends to invest in the construction of Wuzhou liqueur wharf.
As the project economic feasibility demonstration of Wuzhou Hong Kong liqueur wharf, provide investors with a better basis for decision making, this paper takes Zhuhai port to implement the "West" strategy, expanding the port hinterland as the background of this study, based on the current situation of domestic and foreign research on the simulation method using the survey method, quantitative and qualitative analysis methods, from the geographical position, natural conditions such as analysis of the necessary conditions that the project with investment; according to the development of regional economic analysis shows that the market prospects for the development of the project is considerable, analysis of abdominal supply volume where the terminal status and project that intends to invest in projects with strong market competitiveness and adequate supply of the project; the profitability, solvency and financial viability of the financial evaluation of the project, through the project breakeven point and uncertainty of sensitivity Analysis of the operation of the project, calculate the financial condition, financial income rate is obviously higher than the industry average standard; finally, through the analysis of three kinds of funds, personnel, policy measures to ensure the project to be implemented.
The results show that the proposed investment projects have strong competitiveness, has certain value of investment, in line with national industrial policy and enterprise development strategy, in line with the requirements of the shareholders return on investment. The research on the combination of theory and practice have a certain reference value, at the same time to provide investment decision-making basis for investment.
