【摘要】：網(wǎng)球運動是世界上職業(yè)化程度最高、影響最廣泛的體育運動之一。隨著中國網(wǎng)球運動員在世界網(wǎng)球各大賽事成績的突破,網(wǎng)球運動在中國受到越來越多的關注,其影響力逐步增強,國內(nèi)網(wǎng)球俱樂部大量涌現(xiàn)。由于受到政治、經(jīng)濟、社會文化、俱樂部運營管理等多種因素的影響,網(wǎng)球俱樂部的經(jīng)營大多不盡如人意。本文以西安市網(wǎng)球俱樂部為對象,選擇影響網(wǎng)球俱樂部運營和發(fā)展的因素作為研究內(nèi)容,重點研究不同的影響因素之間的關聯(lián)度和相互影響關系,以期能夠促進網(wǎng)球運動在國內(nèi)的推廣、普及和網(wǎng)球俱樂部的良性發(fā)展。本文在研究中采用了專家調(diào)查法和灰色關聯(lián)分析法從俱樂部自身軟硬件設施及區(qū)域位置、網(wǎng)球俱樂部的管理者及管理經(jīng)營、網(wǎng)球運動的參與者和社會環(huán)境與社會公眾四個維度辨識出了對網(wǎng)球俱樂部的運營和發(fā)展具有重要影響作用的11個因素,分別為參與者的經(jīng)濟收入水平、地域經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展水平、俱樂部軟硬件設施水平及位置、管理者運營及營銷模式、網(wǎng)球運動的社會化程度、市場規(guī)范化程度和政府監(jiān)管水平、管理團隊及管理者素質(zhì)、俱樂部宣傳推廣、教練素質(zhì)及能力、配套設施情況、俱樂部信譽及知名度。通過采用模糊決策實驗室方法研究了不同因素之間的關聯(lián)度和相互影響關系。1)研究發(fā)現(xiàn)網(wǎng)球運動參與者的經(jīng)濟收入水平、俱樂部宣傳推廣、俱樂部軟硬件設施水平及位置、市場規(guī)范化程度和政府監(jiān)管水平、教練素質(zhì)及能力這五種影響因素與其他因素之間的關聯(lián)度最高。2)網(wǎng)球運動參與者的經(jīng)濟收入水平、地域經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展水平、俱樂部軟硬件設施水平及位置、管理者運營及營銷模式、網(wǎng)球運動的社會化程度五種因素為其他因素的原因因素。3)俱樂部會員經(jīng)濟收入水平、區(qū)域經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展水平、俱樂部的軟硬件設施、教練的素質(zhì)和能力是促進俱樂部發(fā)展的首要因素。4)加大政府對網(wǎng)球市場的制度建設和監(jiān)督水平也是提高俱樂部運營的重要途徑。
[Abstract]:Tennis is one of the most professional and influential sports in the world. With the breakthrough of Chinese tennis players' achievements in the world tennis events, tennis has received more and more attention in China. Its influence gradually strengthened, the domestic tennis club emerged in large numbers, because of the political, economic, social culture, club operation and management and other factors. Most of the management of tennis club is not satisfactory. This paper takes Xi'an tennis club as the object and chooses the factors that affect the operation and development of tennis club as the research content. Focus on the study of the impact of different factors between the correlation and the relationship between each other, in order to promote the promotion of tennis in China. Popularizing and the benign development of tennis club. In the research, this paper adopts the method of expert investigation and grey correlation analysis from the club's own hardware and software facilities and regional location, the management and management of tennis club. Tennis participants, social environment and the public identified 11 factors that had an important impact on the operation and development of tennis clubs, which were the economic income level of participants. The level of regional economic and social development, the level and location of club hardware and software facilities, the management and marketing mode, the degree of socialization of tennis, the degree of market standardization and the level of government supervision. Management team and management quality, club promotion, coach quality and ability, supporting facilities. Club reputation and popularity. By using fuzzy decision-making laboratory method to study the correlation between different factors and the relationship between the relationship. 1) the study found that tennis players' economic income level. The promotion of the club, the level and location of the club hardware and software facilities, the level of standardization of the market and the level of government supervision. The correlation degree between these five factors and other factors is the highest. 2) the economic income level, regional economic and social development level, club hardware and software facilities level and location of participants in tennis. The managerial operation and marketing mode, the degree of socialization of tennis are the other factors. 3) the economic income level of club members and the level of regional economic and social development. The software and hardware facilities of the club, the quality and ability of the coach are the primary factors to promote the development of the club. 4) the level of government system construction and supervision to the tennis market is also an important way to improve the operation of the club.
