【摘要】：產(chǎn)業(yè)集群是提高產(chǎn)業(yè)整體競爭力,促進區(qū)域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的重要推動力,對一國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展具有重要的意義。產(chǎn)業(yè)集群對經(jīng)濟的推動作用取決于產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的發(fā)展狀況,產(chǎn)業(yè)集群發(fā)展越好對經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的推動作用越強,反之則弱。而產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的創(chuàng)新能力又是影響產(chǎn)業(yè)集群發(fā)展的最核心因素之一,因此研究產(chǎn)業(yè)集群創(chuàng)新能力不僅對產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展具有重要的作用,而且對經(jīng)濟發(fā)展也有一定的意義。以往的研究主要從演化、動態(tài)關(guān)系、知識交流等視角對產(chǎn)業(yè)集群創(chuàng)新能力進行研究,較少從創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)的視角研究產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的創(chuàng)新能力,僅有的一些研究也只是定性地探討了創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)對產(chǎn)業(yè)集群創(chuàng)新能力的影響,沒有進一步研究這種影響背后的作用機制。本文以不同類型集群網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)為切入點,同時引入組織間學(xué)習(xí)中介變量,構(gòu)建了創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)視角下“集群網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)-組織間學(xué)習(xí)-產(chǎn)業(yè)集群創(chuàng)新能力”模型,并以此為分析路徑,通過實證研究分析了集群網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)通過組織間學(xué)習(xí)影響產(chǎn)業(yè)集群創(chuàng)新能力的作用機制。本文首先對產(chǎn)業(yè)集群理論、產(chǎn)業(yè)集群創(chuàng)新理論的相關(guān)文獻進行梳理,以奠定本文的研究基礎(chǔ)。然后,基于創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)、組織學(xué)習(xí)以及產(chǎn)業(yè)集群創(chuàng)新能力理論,提出本文的基本理論假設(shè),并以沈陽市制造業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群內(nèi)企業(yè)為樣本數(shù)據(jù),借助SPSS17.0軟件進行實證研究。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),組織間學(xué)習(xí)在中衛(wèi)型集群網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)與集群創(chuàng)新能力間起完全中介作用,組織間學(xué)習(xí)在市場型集群網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)與集群創(chuàng)新能力間起部分中介作用。組織間學(xué)習(xí)的中介效應(yīng)具有現(xiàn)實意義,集群網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)勢作用的發(fā)揮是通過組織間學(xué)習(xí)效應(yīng)來體現(xiàn)的,集群內(nèi)組織間學(xué)習(xí)能夠保證集群內(nèi)企業(yè)充分吸收和利用集群內(nèi)的新知識、新技術(shù),通過消化、吸收轉(zhuǎn)化成企業(yè)創(chuàng)新行為的動力。這也需要政府及企業(yè)不斷努力積極地營造組織間學(xué)習(xí)氛圍,構(gòu)建知識交流和技術(shù)創(chuàng)新平臺,進而提升產(chǎn)業(yè)集群整體創(chuàng)新能力。
[Abstract]:Industrial cluster is an important driving force to improve the overall competitiveness of industry and promote the development of regional economy, which is of great significance to the economic development of a country. The role of industrial cluster in promoting the economy depends on the development of industrial cluster. The better the development of industrial clusters, the stronger the promotion of economic development, otherwise weak. And the innovation ability of industrial clusters is one of the core factors that affect the development of industrial clusters. Therefore, the study of innovation ability of industrial clusters not only plays an important role in industrial development, but also has a certain significance for economic development. The innovation ability of industrial cluster is studied from the perspective of knowledge exchange and less from the perspective of innovation network. Only a few studies have qualitatively discussed the impact of innovation networks on the innovation ability of industrial clusters, without further studying the mechanism behind this impact. This paper takes different types of cluster networks as the starting point. At the same time, by introducing inter-organizational learning intermediary variables, the model of "cluster network structure-inter-organizational learning-industrial cluster innovation ability" is constructed under the perspective of innovation network, and this model is used as the analysis path. Through empirical research, this paper analyzes the mechanism of cluster network structure influencing the innovation ability of industrial cluster through inter-organizational learning. Firstly, this paper combs the relevant literature of industrial cluster theory and industrial cluster innovation theory. Then, based on the theory of innovation network, organizational learning and innovation ability of industrial clusters, the basic theoretical assumptions of this paper are put forward. And with Shenyang manufacturing industry cluster enterprises as a sample data, with the help of SPSS17.0 software empirical study. Inter-organization learning plays a full intermediary role between the network structure and innovation ability of the cluster. Interorganizational learning plays a part of intermediary role between market cluster network structure and cluster innovation ability. The intermediary effect of inter-organizational learning has practical significance. The advantage of cluster network structure is reflected by inter-organizational learning. Inter-organizational learning in cluster can ensure that enterprises in cluster can fully absorb and utilize the new knowledge and technology in the cluster. It is also necessary for the government and enterprises to actively build the learning atmosphere among organizations, build a platform for knowledge exchange and technological innovation, and then improve the overall innovation ability of industrial clusters.
