【摘要】:電力信息采集和管理系統(tǒng)是用來實現(xiàn)能源的自動數(shù)據(jù)采集、測量、電能質(zhì)量監(jiān)測、用電分析和管理的系統(tǒng)。近年來,國內(nèi)外建設(shè)了一大批類似的系統(tǒng),但受制于缺乏統(tǒng)一的技術(shù)標準和營銷數(shù)據(jù)平臺的支持,存在不同程度的功能和技術(shù)缺陷。本文從銀川城市電力公司的發(fā)展角度出發(fā),根據(jù)目前區(qū)域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的要求,迫切需要建立一套符合國家和行業(yè)標準的電力信息采集系統(tǒng),以適用于區(qū)域電力的特點,實現(xiàn)電力的“全覆蓋、全采集、全成本控制”,使得信息采集管理系統(tǒng)能夠幫助公司利用有限的電力資源產(chǎn)生最大的經(jīng)濟和社會效益。本文的研究目的是完成銀川供電局信息收集管理系統(tǒng)項目,通過項目研發(fā)過程改善供電局的工作流程,同時對信息收集管理的現(xiàn)狀進行分析,并基于現(xiàn)有的標準和規(guī)范優(yōu)化銀川地域性電力網(wǎng)的工作模式,通過設(shè)計合理的系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)實現(xiàn)更加科學的管理模式。本文主要在分析銀川供電局管理系統(tǒng)的同時,也可擴展到對集中的能源信息系統(tǒng),明確銀川城市建設(shè)電力信息收集管理系統(tǒng)和相關(guān)的必要條件。充分結(jié)合銀川的特點進行建設(shè)和部署,主要涉及信息采集、數(shù)據(jù)通信、預(yù)付費管理系統(tǒng)以及建設(shè)模式等內(nèi)容,為系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計奠定基礎(chǔ)。本文在了解了用電信息采集系統(tǒng)國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀基礎(chǔ)上,主要研究工作有:1.分析了用電信息采集的研究背景與意義和當前發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,闡述了用電信息采集系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展歷史和當前主要技術(shù)。2.根據(jù)銀川供電局用電信息采集管理工作的實際需求進行了用電信息采集管理系統(tǒng)建設(shè)模式的設(shè)計。3.接著從系統(tǒng)主站建設(shè)、用電信息采集模式、數(shù)據(jù)通信模式、預(yù)付費管理模式及數(shù)據(jù)采集層和監(jiān)控設(shè)備幾個方面展開論述。4.論述銀川供電局用電信息采集系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計。5.最后研究設(shè)計了銀川供電局用電信息采集系統(tǒng)的軟件功能。
[Abstract]:Power information collection and management system is used to realize automatic data acquisition, measurement, power quality monitoring, power analysis and management system. In recent years, a large number of similar systems have been built at home and abroad. However, limited by the lack of unified technical standards and the support of marketing data platform, there are different degrees of function and technical defects. This paper starts from the development of Yinchuan City Electric Power Company. According to the demand of the current regional economic development, it is urgent to establish a set of electric power information collection system which accords with the national and industry standards, in order to apply to the characteristics of regional power, to realize the "full coverage, full collection" of electric power. Full cost control ". Make the information collection and management system can help the company to use the limited power resources to produce the greatest economic and social benefits. The purpose of this paper is to complete the Yinchuan Power supply Bureau information collection and management system project. Through the project research and development process to improve the work process of the power supply bureau, at the same time to analyze the current situation of information collection and management, and based on existing standards and norms to optimize the Yinchuan regional power network work model. Through the design of a reasonable system architecture to achieve a more scientific management model. This paper mainly analyzes the Yinchuan Power supply Bureau management system, but also can be extended to the centralized energy information system.
