森林資源的作用和重要性在于它是經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ),能抗擊氣候變化有利人類未來。事實(shí)上,與森林有關(guān)活動(dòng)一方面對一個(gè)國家的國內(nèi)生產(chǎn)總值和減貧做出了貢獻(xiàn);另一方面,面對環(huán)境問題這種全球性的重大挑戰(zhàn),需要我們考慮如何更好地利用自然資源,在這種情況下,森林是生物多樣性的寶庫,對人類來而言,在減少人類活動(dòng)排放的溫室氣體方面具有至關(guān)重要的意義。剛果共和國地處非洲中部,處于剛果河流域的中心位置,與其鄰國共享世界第二大森林,面積約2.3億公頃,擁有豐富的生物多樣性。由于出現(xiàn)了經(jīng)濟(jì)和環(huán)境危機(jī),人們忽視了森林的價(jià)值和重要性,忽視了森林在改善氣候方面的重大作用。剛果的森林覆蓋面積達(dá)2000萬公頃,占國家領(lǐng)土的60%、其中9%的森林處于剛果盆地。這片森林被分成三個(gè)主要森林區(qū)域:Mayombe、Chaillu和北部。剛果的布拉柴維爾有潛在的、具有重大價(jià)值的資源,但由于半數(shù)以上人口處于貧窮狀態(tài),特別是在落后的小城鎮(zhèn)和農(nóng)村地區(qū);例如,由于電力和天然氣資源匱乏使得其價(jià)格高昂,導(dǎo)致人類過度開采城市周邊的森林,這將對自然環(huán)境造成不可逆的嚴(yán)重后果。本文的研究意義主要有三個(gè)方面:政治上,它將引起各國和國際上各個(gè)政治團(tuán)體注意,通過組...
