【摘要】：以孝感、武漢、成都、蘇州的1394個樣本農(nóng)戶為研究對象,運用典型相關(guān)分析測度農(nóng)地經(jīng)濟貢獻與農(nóng)地流轉(zhuǎn)市場發(fā)育程度的相關(guān)性,利用線性回歸提取顯著因素,帶入分位數(shù)回歸模型,定量分析農(nóng)地經(jīng)濟貢獻對市場活躍度的驅(qū)動效應(yīng),探明農(nóng)地流轉(zhuǎn)市場空間異質(zhì)性形成的經(jīng)濟誘因,為制定促進流轉(zhuǎn)市場發(fā)育的差別化激勵措施提供借鑒。研究表明:(1)孝感、武漢、成都、蘇州農(nóng)地經(jīng)濟貢獻特征差異顯著,農(nóng)地流轉(zhuǎn)市場發(fā)育程度呈現(xiàn)遞增梯級分布,農(nóng)地經(jīng)營貢獻與農(nóng)地流轉(zhuǎn)市場發(fā)育程度具有顯著相關(guān)關(guān)系;(2)農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)營性收入對農(nóng)地流轉(zhuǎn)市場活躍度的抑制作用隨收入增加而減弱,以市場定價機制確定流轉(zhuǎn)租金能夠平衡農(nóng)地供需,保證市場良性發(fā)展,適當(dāng)調(diào)整政策性農(nóng)業(yè)補貼的補貼對象和額度,能夠更好地發(fā)揮激勵作用;(3)在農(nóng)地流轉(zhuǎn)市場起步區(qū),提高農(nóng)地經(jīng)營性收入是發(fā)展市場的關(guān)鍵;農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)營方式轉(zhuǎn)型區(qū),需運用政策手段干預(yù)和鼓勵流轉(zhuǎn),把握好"引導(dǎo)流轉(zhuǎn)"與"強制流轉(zhuǎn)"的度,切實保障農(nóng)民利益;經(jīng)濟發(fā)達區(qū),農(nóng)業(yè)收入保障農(nóng)戶家庭生計可持續(xù)的功能逐漸減弱,農(nóng)民職業(yè)分化成為大勢所趨。
[Abstract]:Taking 1394 sample farmers in Xiaogan, Wuhan, Chengdu and Suzhou as the research objects, this paper measures the correlation between the economic contribution of agricultural land and the development degree of agricultural land circulation market by canonical correlation analysis, uses linear regression to extract significant factors, brings in the quantile regression model, quantitatively analyzes the driving effect of agricultural land economic contribution on market activity, and finds out the economic inducement of spatial heterogeneity of agricultural land circulation market. It provides a reference for the formulation of differential incentive measures to promote the development of circulation market. The results show that: (1) Xiaogan, there are significant differences in the characteristics of agricultural land economic contribution in Wuhan, Chengdu and Suzhou, and the development degree of farmland transfer market shows an increasing cascade distribution, and there is a significant correlation between the contribution of farmland management and the development of farmland transfer market; (2) the inhibitory effect of agricultural management income on the activity of agricultural land circulation market weakens with the increase of income, and determining the circulation rent by market pricing mechanism can balance the supply and demand of agricultural land, ensure the healthy development of the market, and properly adjust the subsidy object and quota of policy-oriented agricultural subsidies, which can better play an incentive role. (3) in the starting area of farmland circulation market, improving agricultural land management income is the key to the development of the market; In the transitional area of agricultural management mode, it is necessary to use policy means to intervene and encourage circulation, grasp the degree of "guiding circulation" and "forced circulation", and effectively protect the interests of farmers. In economically developed areas, the sustainable function of agricultural income to ensure the sustainable livelihood of farmers' families is gradually weakened, and the occupational differentiation of farmers has become the trend of the times.
