【摘要】：日本的都市農(nóng)業(yè)是伴隨著其經(jīng)濟(jì)迅速增長和城市化的過快發(fā)展而產(chǎn)生的,同時也是經(jīng)濟(jì)政策和稅制制度的必然結(jié)果,是資本主義競爭經(jīng)濟(jì)的產(chǎn)物。本文作者通過實地考察,對日本都市農(nóng)業(yè)的形成、現(xiàn)狀、特征、功能,存在的問題以及對策進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的闡述,與上海都市農(nóng)業(yè)進(jìn)行了簡要的對比分析,在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了上海加快都市農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的建議。
[Abstract]:The urban agriculture of Japan is produced with the rapid economic growth and the rapid development of urbanization, at the same time, it is also the inevitable result of economic policy and tax system, and it is the product of capitalist competitive economy. Through field investigation, the author systematically expounds the formation, present situation, characteristics, functions, existing problems and countermeasures of urban agriculture in Japan, and makes a brief comparative analysis with Shanghai urban agriculture. On this basis, some suggestions for speeding up the development of urban agriculture in Shanghai are put forward.
