【摘要】：農(nóng)地"三權分置"是對農(nóng)地所有權、承包權、經(jīng)營權的進一步明晰和調(diào)整,是農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構社會化的發(fā)展。生產(chǎn)關系的積極調(diào)整和變革,必然引起生產(chǎn)力的進一步解放和發(fā)展。農(nóng)民作為農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)的基本主體,農(nóng)地"三權分置"給予農(nóng)民以更加充分的擇業(yè)空間,將進一步拓展農(nóng)民的社會活動和生產(chǎn)活動空間,促進農(nóng)民社會地位角色的轉(zhuǎn)換。同時,農(nóng)地"三權分置"有利于我國長期城鄉(xiāng)二元對立的轉(zhuǎn)變,促進農(nóng)村社會生活深刻的時代變遷。
[Abstract]:The "separation of three rights" of agricultural land is the further clarification and adjustment of farmland ownership, contract right and management right, and is the development of socialization of agricultural industrial structure. The positive adjustment and reform of production relations will inevitably lead to the further liberation and development of productive forces. As the basic main body of agricultural production, the "separation of three rights" of agricultural land will further expand the social and productive space of farmers and promote the transformation of farmers' social status and role. At the same time, the "separation of three rights" of agricultural land is conducive to the long-term dual opposition between urban and rural areas in China, and promotes the profound changes of rural social life.
