【摘要】：深入推進(jìn)農(nóng)業(yè)供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革的主要目標(biāo)是增加農(nóng)民收入,確保有效供給;主攻方向是提高農(nóng)業(yè)供給質(zhì)量;主要途徑是體制改革和機(jī)制創(chuàng)新。為此,必須發(fā)展農(nóng)業(yè)適度規(guī)模經(jīng)營(yíng),提高農(nóng)業(yè)勞動(dòng)生產(chǎn)率;發(fā)展多層次產(chǎn)業(yè)大融合,讓農(nóng)民分享三次產(chǎn)業(yè)融合所帶來(lái)的紅利;加快推進(jìn)農(nóng)業(yè)綠色發(fā)展,確保農(nóng)業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展和食品安全;著力改善農(nóng)村人口的人力資本投資,培育現(xiàn)代化的新型職業(yè)農(nóng)民;加快推進(jìn)人的城鎮(zhèn)化,為農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化騰出寶貴的空間;拓寬農(nóng)民財(cái)產(chǎn)性收入渠道,縮小城鄉(xiāng)居民收入差別。
[Abstract]:The main goal of promoting agricultural supply-side structural reform is to increase farmers' income and ensure effective supply; the main attack direction is to improve the quality of agricultural supply; the main way is system reform and mechanism innovation. Therefore, it is necessary to develop agricultural moderate scale management, improve agricultural labor productivity, develop multi-level industrial integration, and let farmers share the dividends brought about by the three industrial integration. Speed up the green development of agriculture, ensure the sustainable development of agriculture and food safety, focus on improving the human capital investment of the rural population, and cultivate modern new professional farmers. Speed up the urbanization of people, free valuable space for agricultural modernization, widen the channels of peasants' property income, and narrow the income difference between urban and rural residents.
