【摘要】：全國各地都把現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)科技示范園區(qū)作為發(fā)展現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)的重要抓手,尤其是進(jìn)入21世紀(jì)以來,黨中央國務(wù)院也都把三農(nóng)問題放入國家一號文件中,足以見得國家對于現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的重視程度。通過建立現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)科技示范園有利于新的農(nóng)業(yè)科技的產(chǎn)生、有利于農(nóng)業(yè)科技的示范與推廣、有利于農(nóng)業(yè)增效農(nóng)民增收、有利于實(shí)現(xiàn)農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化,并為我國農(nóng)業(yè)走出去提供提供現(xiàn)實(shí)的借鑒意義。本論文本應(yīng)用了農(nóng)業(yè)區(qū)位理論、高新技術(shù)改造傳統(tǒng)農(nóng)業(yè)理論、農(nóng)業(yè)接口工程理論和可持續(xù)發(fā)展理論,采用了文獻(xiàn)研究、案例分析、調(diào)查研究等研究方法,以河南省農(nóng)科院現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)科技示范園區(qū)為研究對象,在調(diào)查研究的基礎(chǔ)上,對河南省農(nóng)科院現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)科技示范園展開實(shí)證分析,并探析其在目前發(fā)展中存在的問題,并對問題的成因進(jìn)行分析,為我國農(nóng)業(yè)科技示范園以及我國在境外建立的農(nóng)業(yè)科技示范園的建設(shè)和發(fā)展提供了理論和經(jīng)驗(yàn)上的支持。本文從六個方面進(jìn)行了闡述:第一部分論述選題背景和研究意義、國內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn)綜述、研究思路和研究內(nèi)容、研究方法和創(chuàng)新點(diǎn);第二部分界定了研究的相關(guān)概念,相關(guān)理論基礎(chǔ);第三部分主要分析了園區(qū)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及取得的成效;第四部分主要研究了園區(qū)科技轉(zhuǎn)化率不高、缺乏品牌化概念、推廣體系不完善等七個問題并分析了其成因;第五部分主要總結(jié)了其它國家較為成熟的發(fā)展方式并進(jìn)行了經(jīng)驗(yàn)借鑒;第六部分是針對論文闡述問題及原因提出相應(yīng)對策建議。在本論文中,作者提出了經(jīng)營管理對現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)科技示范園區(qū)發(fā)展的重要作用,通過提高經(jīng)營管理者的水平實(shí)現(xiàn)園區(qū)健康可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:All over the country, modern agricultural science and technology demonstration parks have been regarded as an important starting point for the development of modern agriculture, especially since the beginning of the 21st century, the CPC Central Committee and the State Council have also put the issue of agriculture, rural areas and farmers in document No. 1 of the State. It can be seen that the state attaches great importance to the development of modern agriculture. The establishment of modern agricultural science and technology demonstration garden is beneficial to the emergence of new agricultural science and technology, to the demonstration and popularization of agricultural science and technology, to the increase of farmers' income, and to the realization of agricultural modernization. And for our country agriculture to go out to provide the realistic reference significance. This paper should have used agricultural location theory, traditional agricultural theory of high-tech transformation, agricultural interface engineering theory and sustainable development theory, adopted research methods such as literature research, case analysis, investigation and research, etc. Taking the demonstration park of modern agricultural science and technology of Henan Academy of Agricultural Sciences as the research object, on the basis of investigation and research, this paper makes an empirical analysis on the demonstration park of modern agricultural science and technology of Henan Academy of Agricultural Sciences, and probes into the problems existing in its development at present. The causes of the problems are analyzed, which provides theoretical and empirical support for the construction and development of the agricultural science and technology demonstration park in China and the agricultural science and technology demonstration park set up abroad in China. This article has carried on the elaboration from six aspects: the first part discusses the selected topic background and the research significance, the domestic and foreign literature review, the research train of thought and the research content, the research method and the innovation; The second part defines the relevant concepts and theoretical basis of the research; the third part mainly analyzes the current situation of the development of the park and the results achieved; The fourth part mainly studies seven problems, such as the low conversion rate of science and technology, the lack of brand concept, the imperfect extension system and so on, and analyzes the cause of its formation. The fifth part mainly summarizes the mature development mode of other countries and carries on the experience reference; the sixth part is to expound the problems and the reasons of the paper and put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. In this paper, the author puts forward that the management plays an important role in the development of modern agricultural science and technology demonstration park, and realizes the healthy and sustainable development of the park by raising the level of the manager.
