【摘要】：近幾年,我國經(jīng)濟(jì)不斷發(fā)展,科學(xué)技術(shù)日新月異,全社會生產(chǎn)力在穩(wěn)步提升,出現(xiàn)機(jī)械替代勞動的趨勢。浙江省樂清市作為我國較為富裕的地區(qū),也依然存在著剩余農(nóng)村勞動力無法有效安置的問題。農(nóng)村勞動力的轉(zhuǎn)移對我國城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)起到了非常大的作用,助推我國城鎮(zhèn)化的發(fā)展飛速前進(jìn)。但同時,農(nóng)村勞動力由于缺乏一定的工作經(jīng)驗并且相對來說不具備專業(yè)的工作知識,因此具有較低的人力成本。這在一定程度上也減少了許多產(chǎn)業(yè)的成本,增強(qiáng)了我國各產(chǎn)業(yè)與國際間的競爭力。但農(nóng)村勞動力的大量轉(zhuǎn)移同時也是一把雙刃劍,大量的勞動力轉(zhuǎn)移幾乎掏空了農(nóng)村地區(qū)的正常生產(chǎn)建設(shè)。我國許多農(nóng)村地區(qū)的經(jīng)濟(jì)在近年國家未出臺相關(guān)扶持政策前一直處于下滑狀態(tài),即便國家極力支持農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn),但依然由一些農(nóng)村地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)條件每況愈下。農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)失去了優(yōu)良的勞動力,也失去了參與生產(chǎn)、銷售、購買環(huán)節(jié)的各種人力資源。通過研究發(fā)現(xiàn),造成樂清農(nóng)村勞動力轉(zhuǎn)移影響因素為收入差距、年齡文化差異、戶籍制度寬松等,轉(zhuǎn)移的原因為土地資源受限、經(jīng)濟(jì)利益驅(qū)動、城市需求等,存在農(nóng)業(yè)就業(yè)人員持續(xù)減少,擇業(yè)范圍有限等特點(diǎn),對農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)造成種植作物多樣性差、農(nóng)業(yè)科技發(fā)展速度放緩等影響。本文將以學(xué)者們對我國目前農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)及農(nóng)業(yè)勞動力轉(zhuǎn)移的研究結(jié)論為基礎(chǔ),結(jié)合對浙江省樂清市農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)及農(nóng)村勞動力轉(zhuǎn)移的實(shí)際狀況與相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析,探討目前在我國經(jīng)濟(jì)較發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)的浙江省樂清市農(nóng)村地區(qū)農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)工作依然面臨著怎樣的問題,并探究揭示農(nóng)業(yè)勞動力流失對農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)到底形成了怎樣的影響。通過對樂清市具體的數(shù)據(jù)以及實(shí)際分析,以小見大,提出有助于樂清市農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)與農(nóng)村勞動力協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的相關(guān)建議。
[Abstract]:In recent years, China's economy continues to develop, science and technology are changing with each passing day, the productivity of the whole society is steadily improving, and there is a trend of mechanical substitution for labor. Yueqing City, Zhejiang Province, as a relatively rich area of our country, still has the problem that the surplus rural labor force cannot be effectively resettled. The transfer of rural labor force plays a very important role in the construction of urbanization in China, which promotes the rapid development of urbanization in China. But at the same time, the rural labor force has lower labor cost because of the lack of certain work experience and the relative lack of professional work knowledge. To a certain extent, it also reduces the cost of many industries and enhances the competitiveness of various industries and the international market. However, a large number of rural labor force transfer is also a double-edged sword, a large number of labor force transfer almost emptied the normal production construction in rural areas. The economy of many rural areas in our country has been in a declining state before the relevant supporting policies were issued in recent years. Even though the state strongly supports agricultural production, the economic conditions in some rural areas are still deteriorating. Agricultural production lost excellent labor force, but also lost a variety of human resources involved in production, sales, and purchase links. Through the research, it is found that the influencing factors of the transfer of rural labor force in Yueqing are income gap, age and culture difference, loose household registration system and so on. The reasons for the transfer are limited land resources, economic benefit drive, urban demand and so on. It has the characteristics of continuous reduction of agricultural employment personnel and limited scope of job selection, which causes poor diversity of planting crops and slows the development of agricultural science and technology in agricultural production. Based on the conclusion of scholars' research on agricultural production and the transfer of agricultural labor force in China, this paper analyzes the actual situation and relevant data of agricultural production and rural labor force transfer in Yueqing City, Zhejiang Province, in combination with the analysis of the actual situation of agricultural production and rural labor transfer in Zhejiang Province. This paper probes into the problems of agricultural production in rural areas of Yueqing City, Zhejiang Province, which is currently developed in China, and explores how the loss of agricultural labor force has influenced agricultural production in the end. Through the concrete data and actual analysis of Yueqing City, through a small part to see the whole, put forward some suggestions which are helpful to the coordinated development of agricultural production and rural labor force in Yueqing City.
