T公司飼料車間生產(chǎn)效率診斷與提升研究
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the changes of animal product consumption market and international trade, China's fodder industry has entered a mature development period. Total feed growth rate slowed down, the number of enterprises decreased, products entered the era of micro-profit, feed enterprise collectivization, large-scale process accelerated. At the same time, the farms pay more attention to the inherent quality of feed products, the sources of feed raw materials are more abundant, the level of feed equipment automation is rapidly improving, the capitalization operation mode of feed enterprises is maturing day by day, but also facing the increase of labor cost. Product gross margin drop, environmental protection pressure and other challenges. In the market competition environment where the phenomenon of product homogenization is more prominent, reducing production cost and improving production efficiency is one of the issues that enterprise managers generally pay attention to. The index of production efficiency directly reflects the effective output degree of the same input, and improving the production efficiency is one of the effective measures to maintain the comparative advantage of the enterprise in the competition. This paper combs the research achievement of using industrial engineering, lean production idea and method at home and abroad to improve the comprehensive efficiency of equipment and the comprehensive efficiency of personnel, taking the feed workshop of T Company as the research object, and analyzing the application process. The method of operation analysis and action analysis is used to investigate and study the production efficiency in a more comprehensive and systematic way. Firstly, the paper analyzes the production characteristics of feed enterprises and the development trend of feed industry. Secondly, from the layout of raw material warehouse, production capacity of key equipment, quantity of feed products, job standard operation method, incentive measures, The factors affecting the production efficiency of feed workshop in T Company were investigated and analyzed in detail in the aspects of the quality of production workers and so on. At last, some measures are put forward to improve the production efficiency of feed shop, such as shortening the waiting time of key equipment, reducing the quantity of feed workshop products, revising and perfecting the standard operation method of key posts, and formulating flexible and diverse incentive policies to improve the production efficiency of feed shop.
