【摘要】：民以食為天,食以安為先。今年以來(lái)不斷發(fā)生的農(nóng)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量安全事件給消費(fèi)者身心健康造成了巨大傷害,表明我國(guó)食品安全監(jiān)管工作存在不小漏洞和問(wèn)題。伴隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的飛速發(fā)展,老百姓們的物質(zhì)生活也得到了極大的豐富,越來(lái)越多的人已經(jīng)從吃得飽轉(zhuǎn)向追求吃得好,注重食品的質(zhì)量安全消費(fèi)者真正關(guān)心的問(wèn)題。但是由于監(jiān)管等原因,部分質(zhì)量安全不過(guò)關(guān)的食品流入市場(chǎng),損害消費(fèi)者的利益,造成極壞的影響,使得百姓對(duì)國(guó)產(chǎn)食品存有戒心。湖北省作為中國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)大省之一的魚(yú)米之鄉(xiāng),一句湖廣熟、天下足就表明了自古以來(lái)湖北省農(nóng)業(yè)在全國(guó)舉足輕重的地位。我國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)事業(yè)的快速發(fā)展,作為糧食主產(chǎn)區(qū)之一的湖北省亟需建立覆蓋農(nóng)產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)、加工、儲(chǔ)運(yùn)與銷(xiāo)售等環(huán)節(jié)的農(nóng)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量追溯系統(tǒng)。從農(nóng)產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)的田間到消費(fèi)者餐桌上的流通過(guò)程中,農(nóng)產(chǎn)品可能受到產(chǎn)地的空氣水資源等各種污染,并且污染會(huì)沿著農(nóng)產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)鏈從上游向下游進(jìn)行傳播,對(duì)人類(lèi)健康以及生態(tài)環(huán)境造成危害。最主要的生產(chǎn)者與消費(fèi)者之間信息不對(duì)稱(chēng),且質(zhì)量安全問(wèn)題定責(zé)不明確,致使產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量安全無(wú)法保障。利用信息技術(shù),構(gòu)建農(nóng)產(chǎn)品和其投入品的來(lái)源、成分、生產(chǎn)、加工以及流向信息等完整信息鏈顯得越來(lái)越重要,這種產(chǎn)品歷史信息稱(chēng)之為追溯信息。本文首先充分了解國(guó)內(nèi)外農(nóng)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量安全現(xiàn)狀和質(zhì)量追溯研究現(xiàn)狀,總結(jié)國(guó)內(nèi)外研究經(jīng)驗(yàn)啟示,在此基礎(chǔ)上提出本課題研究目的和意義。然后簡(jiǎn)要介紹了農(nóng)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量追溯系統(tǒng)所涉及的基本理論,研究追溯系統(tǒng)構(gòu)建相關(guān)技術(shù),提出系統(tǒng)構(gòu)建所遵循的原則。接著本文對(duì)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量追溯系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行需求分析,包括對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行功能性需求以及非功能性需求分析,在逐步深入分析的基礎(chǔ)上,根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)原則給出農(nóng)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量追溯系統(tǒng)的框架模型。最后對(duì)質(zhì)量追溯系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì),采用SSH集成框架,選擇J2EE、Ajax技術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)了系統(tǒng)總體框架和功能子系統(tǒng),給出核心數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)表格,詳細(xì)闡述了農(nóng)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量追溯系統(tǒng)的完整設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:Food is the most important thing for the people, and peace is the first thing to eat. The continuous occurrence of agricultural product quality and safety incidents this year has caused great harm to consumers' physical and mental health, indicating that there are many loopholes and problems in the supervision of food safety in our country. With the rapid development of social economy, the material life of ordinary people has also been greatly enriched, more and more people have changed from full eating to pursuing good eating, paying attention to the quality and safety of food consumers really care about. But because of supervision and other reasons, part of the quality and safety of food into the market, damage the interests of consumers, resulting in a very bad impact, making the people are wary of domestic food. As one of the big agricultural provinces in China, Hubei Province is one of the most important agricultural provinces in China, and the whole world shows that the agriculture of Hubei Province plays an important role in the whole country since ancient times. With the rapid development of agriculture in China, Hubei Province, as one of the main grain producing areas, needs to establish a traceability system of agricultural product quality covering the production, processing, storage, transportation and marketing of agricultural products. In the process of circulation from the field of agricultural production to the consumer table, agricultural products may be polluted by the air and water resources of the place of origin, and the pollution will spread from upstream to downstream along the agricultural supply chain. It is harmful to human health and ecological environment. The main information between producers and consumers is asymmetric, and the responsibility of quality safety is not clear, so the product quality and safety can not be guaranteed. It is more and more important to make use of information technology to construct the complete information chain of agricultural products and their inputs, such as the source, composition, production, processing and flow of information. This kind of historical information of products is called traceability information. First of all, this paper fully understands the current situation of domestic and foreign agricultural product quality safety and quality traceability research, summarizes the domestic and foreign research experience inspiration, and puts forward the purpose and significance of this subject on the basis of this. Then it briefly introduces the basic theory of the traceability system of agricultural products, studies the related technology of the traceability system construction, and puts forward the principles of the system construction. Then this article carries on the demand analysis to the agricultural product quality traceability system, including the system to carry on the functional requirement and the non-functional demand analysis, on the basis of the step-by-step in-depth analysis, According to the design principle, the frame model of agricultural product quality traceability system is given. Finally, the quality traceability system is designed in detail, using SSH integration framework, J2EE and Ajax technology to design the overall framework and function subsystem of the system, and give the core database table. The complete design and realization of agricultural product quality traceability system are described in detail.
