【摘要】：基于勞動力轉(zhuǎn)移模式分化以及不同農(nóng)作物機械化程度存在差異的事實,將勞動力轉(zhuǎn)移分為本地轉(zhuǎn)移和異地轉(zhuǎn)移,利用江漢平原農(nóng)戶調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)和DEA-Tobit方法,實證檢驗不同模式勞動力轉(zhuǎn)移對農(nóng)戶水稻和棉花生產(chǎn)技術(shù)效率的影響。結(jié)果表明:不同模式勞動力轉(zhuǎn)移對農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)技術(shù)效率的影響存在差異,且這種影響因作物不同而異。具體而言,本地轉(zhuǎn)移和異地轉(zhuǎn)移均對樣本農(nóng)戶水稻生產(chǎn)技術(shù)效率產(chǎn)生了顯著的正向作用;異地轉(zhuǎn)移對樣本農(nóng)戶棉花生產(chǎn)技術(shù)效率造成了顯著的負(fù)向影響,而本地轉(zhuǎn)移的正向影響不顯著。提高農(nóng)戶耕地經(jīng)營規(guī)模,提高生產(chǎn)機械化水平以及加強農(nóng)業(yè)技術(shù)培訓(xùn)等均能有效提高農(nóng)戶的農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)技術(shù)效率。
[Abstract]:Based on the fact that there are differences in the pattern of labor transfer and the degree of mechanization of different crops, the transfer of labor is divided into local transfer and remote transfer. The data from the survey of farmers in Jianghan Plain and the DEA-Tobit method are used. The effects of different labor transfer models on the technical efficiency of rice and cotton production in farmers were tested empirically. The results showed that the effects of labor transfer in different modes on the technical efficiency of agricultural production were different, and the effects were different with different crops. Specifically, both local and remote transfer had a significant positive effect on the technical efficiency of rice production in sample farmers. The transfer of different places had a significant negative effect on the technical efficiency of cotton production of sample farmers, but the positive effect of local transfer was not significant. Raising the scale of farming land management, raising the level of mechanization of production and strengthening the training of agricultural technology can effectively improve the technical efficiency of agricultural production of farmers.
