【摘要】：種植業(yè)作為農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)的一部分,對人類生產(chǎn)發(fā)展具有重要意義。本文以志丹縣種植業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展作為研究對象,以志丹縣的自然資源條件、生態(tài)環(huán)境條件和社會經(jīng)濟(jì)條件為背景,以比較優(yōu)勢理論、要素稟賦理論、農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化理論和可持續(xù)發(fā)展理論為理論基礎(chǔ),研究了志丹縣種植業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,剖析了影響志丹縣種植業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化發(fā)展的制約因素,通過SWOT分析,提出適合志丹縣種植業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的對策建議。對促進(jìn)志丹縣種植業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展、農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)值增長、糧食生產(chǎn)安全有重要意義。本文主要研究結(jié)果如下:(1)從志丹縣地理位置、自然資源條件、社會經(jīng)濟(jì)條件三個方面分析了志丹縣種植業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)條件,結(jié)果表明志丹縣種植業(yè)區(qū)位優(yōu)勢明顯,種植業(yè)發(fā)展基礎(chǔ)堅實。(2)以志丹縣種植業(yè)發(fā)展歷程為出發(fā)點,探討志丹縣糧食作物、油料作物、蔬菜瓜類、水果產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展歷程,分析了志丹縣種植業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀。糧食作物種植面積和產(chǎn)量趨于穩(wěn)定;油料作物種植面積和產(chǎn)量呈逐年降低的趨勢;蔬菜產(chǎn)業(yè)、蘋果產(chǎn)業(yè)種植逐步成為優(yōu)勢、主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)。(3)志丹縣種植業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的制約因素:種植業(yè)自然環(huán)境脆弱,農(nóng)民種植積極性不足;農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展滯后,綜合生產(chǎn)能力有待進(jìn)一步提高;種植業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)不合理,有待于進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化;種植業(yè)產(chǎn)品科技含量低,缺乏品牌效應(yīng);種植業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化經(jīng)營水平低,規(guī)模化程度不高。(4)通過志丹縣種植業(yè)發(fā)展的SWOT分析,應(yīng)該采用SO戰(zhàn)略,利用優(yōu)勢,抓住機(jī)遇,以蘋果產(chǎn)業(yè)為主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè),蔬菜產(chǎn)業(yè)為區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè),糧食穩(wěn)產(chǎn)為基礎(chǔ)產(chǎn)業(yè),推進(jìn)農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化,走種植業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展道路,帶動志丹縣種植業(yè)良性循環(huán)發(fā)展。(5)志丹縣種植業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展對策:深入推進(jìn)種植業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)戰(zhàn)略性調(diào)整;立足實際,提高糧食綜合生產(chǎn)能力;依靠科技,努力提高種植業(yè)科技支撐水平;加快推進(jìn)產(chǎn)業(yè)化進(jìn)程,開展農(nóng)業(yè)特色化經(jīng)營;保護(hù)生態(tài)環(huán)境,實現(xiàn)農(nóng)業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:As a part of agricultural production, planting industry is of great significance to the development of human production. This paper takes the development of planting industry in Zhidan County as the research object, takes the natural resource condition, the ecological environment condition and the socio-economic condition as the background, takes the comparative advantage theory, the factor endowment theory as the background, and takes the comparative advantage theory and the factor endowment theory as the research objects. Based on the theory of agricultural industrialization and the theory of sustainable development, the present situation of planting industry development in Zhidan county was studied, and the restrictive factors affecting the development of agricultural industrialization in Zhidan county were analyzed. Through the analysis of SWOT, The countermeasures and suggestions suitable for the development of planting industry in Zhidan county were put forward. It is of great significance to promote the sustainable development of planting industry, the increase of agricultural output value and the safety of grain production in Zhidan County. The main results of this study are as follows: (1) the basic conditions of planting industry development in Zhidan County are analyzed from three aspects: geographical location, natural resources and socio-economic conditions. The results show that the geographical advantages of planting industry in Zhidan County are obvious. (2) the development process of grain crops, oil crops, vegetable melons and fruits in Zhidan County was discussed, and the present situation of planting industry in Zhidan County was analyzed. (2) based on the development process of planting industry in Zhidan County, the development process of grain crops, oil crops, vegetable melons and fruit industries in Zhidan County was discussed. The planting area and yield of grain crop tended to be stable, and the planting area and yield of oil crop decreased year by year. Vegetable industry, apple industry has gradually become the dominant industry. (3) the restricting factors of the development of planting industry in Zhidan County: the natural environment of planting industry is fragile, the enthusiasm of farmers is insufficient; The agricultural development lags behind, the comprehensive production capacity needs to be further improved, the industrial structure of the planting industry is unreasonable and needs to be further optimized, the scientific and technological content of the planting product is low, and the brand effect is lacking. The industrialization level of planting industry is low, and the scale degree is not high. (4) through the SWOT analysis of planting industry development in Zhidan County, we should adopt SO strategy, take advantage of advantage, seize the opportunity, take apple industry as the leading industry and vegetable industry as the regional industry, and take the apple industry as the leading industry and the vegetable industry as the regional industry. Stable grain production is the basic industry, promote the agricultural modernization, take the sustainable development road of planting industry, drive the virtuous circular development of planting industry in Zhidan county. (5) the countermeasures of sustainable development of planting industry in Zhidan county: push forward the strategic adjustment of planting industry structure deeply; Based on the reality, improve the comprehensive grain production capacity, rely on science and technology, strive to improve the scientific and technological support level of planting industry, speed up the process of industrialization, carry out agricultural characteristic management, protect the ecological environment, realize the sustainable development of agriculture.
