【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,人們對(duì)旅游的需求越來(lái)越大,休閑農(nóng)業(yè)和鄉(xiāng)村旅游作為農(nóng)業(yè)和旅游業(yè)的交叉型產(chǎn)業(yè)也越來(lái)越受到各級(jí)政府的重視。全域模式是旅游發(fā)展的一種新嘗試,這種開(kāi)發(fā)模式將促進(jìn)多產(chǎn)業(yè)融合,城鄉(xiāng)協(xié)同發(fā)展,全體居民共同參與,充分利用該區(qū)域自然人文資源,為前來(lái)旅游的游客提供全過(guò)程、全時(shí)空的體驗(yàn)產(chǎn)品,從而全面地滿(mǎn)足游客的全方位體驗(yàn)需求。因此,如何科學(xué)合理地發(fā)展"全域旅游"模式,如何正確指導(dǎo)縣域休閑農(nóng)業(yè)與鄉(xiāng)村旅游業(yè)地健康發(fā)展,需要從理論層面到實(shí)踐領(lǐng)域中的全面研究。論文以福建松溪縣為案例對(duì)象,基于全域旅游視角對(duì)松溪縣休閑農(nóng)業(yè)與鄉(xiāng)村旅游發(fā)展進(jìn)行研究,通過(guò)深入細(xì)致的實(shí)地調(diào)查,運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)收集、大數(shù)據(jù)整理、定性分析、歸納總結(jié)等研究方法,對(duì)松溪縣休閑農(nóng)業(yè)與鄉(xiāng)村旅游全域發(fā)展模式的優(yōu)勢(shì)和必要性及可行性進(jìn)行了論述,并選取長(zhǎng)沙靖港、貴州凱里、杭州桐廬等地區(qū)休閑農(nóng)業(yè)和鄉(xiāng)村旅游建設(shè)的成功案例,對(duì)全域旅游模式推動(dòng)當(dāng)?shù)厣鐣?huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和新型城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)啟示進(jìn)行歸納總結(jié)。基于上述分析,完成了松溪縣休閑農(nóng)業(yè)與鄉(xiāng)村旅游發(fā)展規(guī)劃實(shí)踐。明確了全域旅游模式下松溪縣休閑農(nóng)業(yè)與鄉(xiāng)村旅游發(fā)展的總體定位、規(guī)劃性質(zhì)、原則及目標(biāo)等,確定了"一心三帶五區(qū)"總體布局模式,解決了重點(diǎn)旅游項(xiàng)目規(guī)劃、旅游產(chǎn)品規(guī)劃、旅游資源與環(huán)境保護(hù)規(guī)劃等內(nèi)容。由此論文得出以下結(jié)論:1、松溪縣具有休閑農(nóng)業(yè)和鄉(xiāng)村旅游發(fā)展的天然優(yōu)勢(shì),實(shí)現(xiàn)以休閑農(nóng)業(yè)和鄉(xiāng)村旅游為龍頭的新型支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)的地位也是松溪縣社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)前進(jìn)的必然需要。2、全域模式作為一種新型旅游發(fā)展方式是現(xiàn)階段松溪縣休閑農(nóng)業(yè)和鄉(xiāng)村旅游建設(shè)的合理選擇。3、基于全域模式的松溪縣休閑農(nóng)業(yè)和鄉(xiāng)村旅游發(fā)展規(guī)劃是對(duì)我國(guó)縣域鄉(xiāng)村旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展方式的有益嘗試,為全國(guó)的縣域鄉(xiāng)村旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展模式樹(shù)立了一個(gè)新的典范和方向。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of social economy in our country, the demand for tourism is increasing. As a cross industry of agriculture and tourism, leisure agriculture and rural tourism are paid more and more attention by governments at all levels. The global model is a new attempt in the development of tourism. This development model will promote the integration of multiple industries, the coordinated development of urban and rural areas, the participation of all residents, make full use of the natural and human resources of the region, and provide the whole process for tourists who come to visit. The whole time-space experience product, thus satisfies the tourist's all-round experience demand comprehensively. Therefore, how to develop the mode of "global tourism" scientifically and reasonably, and how to correctly guide the healthy development of leisure agriculture and rural tourism in the county area, need to be comprehensively studied from the theoretical level to the practical field. This paper takes Songxi County, Fujian Province as an example, studies the development of leisure agriculture and rural tourism in Songxi County based on the perspective of global tourism, through in-depth and meticulous field investigation, the use of literature collection, big data collation, qualitative analysis. The advantages, necessity and feasibility of the overall development model of leisure agriculture and rural tourism in Songxi County are discussed, and Changsha Jinggang, Kaili, Guizhou Province, are selected. The successful cases of leisure agriculture and rural tourism construction in Tonglu district of Hangzhou are summarized and summarized in this paper. Based on the above analysis, the planning practice of leisure agriculture and rural tourism development in Songxi County is completed. This paper clarifies the overall orientation, planning nature, principles and objectives of the development of leisure agriculture and rural tourism in Songxi County under the mode of global tourism, determines the overall layout model of "one mind, three belts, five districts", and solves the key tourism project planning. Tourism product planning, tourism resources and environmental protection planning and other content. This paper draws the following conclusions: 1, Songxi County has the natural advantages of leisure agriculture and rural tourism development. The realization of the status of a new type of pillar industry, led by leisure agriculture and rural tourism, is also an inevitable need for social and economic progress in Songxi County. As a new type of tourism development mode, the global pattern is a reasonable choice for the construction of leisure agriculture and rural tourism in Songxi County at this stage. The development plan of leisure agriculture and rural tourism in Songxi county based on the whole region model is a beneficial attempt to develop the rural tourism industry in our country, which sets a new model and direction for the development mode of the rural tourism industry in the county area of the whole country.
