【摘要】：我國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展必然離不開(kāi)我國(guó)對(duì)農(nóng)村的改革,隨著農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作社主體地位的穩(wěn)步上升,對(duì)于增加農(nóng)戶的經(jīng)濟(jì)收入發(fā)揮著舉足輕重的作用。自從頒布合作社法以來(lái),農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作社以此法為依據(jù)發(fā)展迅速,有效的緩解我國(guó)"三農(nóng)"問(wèn)題。一方面,能夠激活農(nóng)村市場(chǎng),改變相對(duì)單一農(nóng)產(chǎn)品市場(chǎng)結(jié)構(gòu);另一方面能夠集中力量讓廣大農(nóng)戶共同致富,使廣大農(nóng)村地區(qū)的大多數(shù)農(nóng)戶受益,起到了促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的積極作用。然而,就實(shí)際情況來(lái)看農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作社的發(fā)展與合作社社員之間融洽程度密不可分,約束兩者之間的契約關(guān)系并不牢固。因此,內(nèi)部社員是否有效的履行與農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作社的契約、遵守農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作社的規(guī)定,直接影響著這個(gè)"大集體"后續(xù)成長(zhǎng)。本文以不完全契約理論和農(nóng)戶行為理論為基礎(chǔ),以遼寧省區(qū)域內(nèi)不同地方的154家農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作社中的281名內(nèi)部社員為調(diào)查對(duì)象進(jìn)行調(diào)研,找出遼寧省農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作社社員履約行為影響因素,構(gòu)建了農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作社社員履約行為影響因素的理論框架,將因素依次分為社員個(gè)體特征、社員參與特征、社員經(jīng)營(yíng)收入特征、社員銷售環(huán)境特征、農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作社層面特征,共14個(gè)變量,并對(duì)其進(jìn)行描述性分析;采用二元Logistic模型對(duì)遼寧省農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作社社員履約行為影響因素進(jìn)行實(shí)證探究,最后得出結(jié)果。分析結(jié)果顯示:社員對(duì)合作社的信任度、合作社社員義務(wù)認(rèn)知、農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作社是否有盈利返還、社員對(duì)合作社契約價(jià)格是否滿意、合作社社員"生產(chǎn)基地"與市場(chǎng)距離的遠(yuǎn)近5個(gè)因素呈現(xiàn)正相關(guān);合作社社員年齡、合作社社員經(jīng)營(yíng)規(guī)模、合作社社員不履行契約的處罰力度3個(gè)因素呈現(xiàn)負(fù)相關(guān)。最后在進(jìn)行分析總結(jié)的基礎(chǔ)上,從規(guī)范社員行為、宣傳力度、與社員溝通、開(kāi)拓新銷售渠道、合理處罰機(jī)制等五個(gè)方面提出相關(guān)的對(duì)策和建議,以此提高遼寧省農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作社社員履約率。
[Abstract]:The development of agricultural economy in our country is bound to be inseparable from the reform of rural areas. With the steady rise of the principal position of farmers' specialized cooperatives, it plays an important role in increasing the economic income of farmers. Since the promulgation of the Cooperative Law, farmers' specialized cooperatives have developed rapidly and effectively alleviated the problems of agriculture, rural areas and farmers in China. On the one hand, it can activate the rural market and change the market structure of relatively single agricultural products; On the other hand, it can concentrate on making farmers get rich together and benefit most farmers in rural areas, which plays a positive role in promoting economic development. However, the development of farmers' professional cooperatives is closely related to the harmonious degree of cooperative members, and the contractual relationship between them is not firm. Therefore, whether the internal members effectively carry out the contract with the farmers' professional cooperatives and abide by the regulations of the farmers' professional cooperatives will directly affect the follow-up growth of this "big collective". Based on incomplete contract theory and farmer behavior theory, this paper investigates 281 members of 154 farmers' professional cooperatives in different areas of Liaoning Province. Find out the influencing factors of the members' performance behavior in the farmers' specialized cooperatives in Liaoning Province, and construct the theoretical framework of the influencing factors of the members' performance behavior in the farmers' professional cooperatives, and divide the factors into the individual characteristics of the members and the characteristics of the members' participation in turn. The characteristics of management income of members, the characteristics of sales environment of members, and the characteristics of farmers' professional cooperative are 14 variables, and the descriptive analysis of them is carried out. This paper makes an empirical study on the influencing factors of the members' performance behavior of farmers' professional cooperatives in Liaoning Province by using the dual Logistic model, and finally obtains the results. The results show that: members' trust in cooperatives, cooperative members' obligations, whether farmers' professional cooperatives have profits returned, whether members are satisfied with the cooperative contract price, The "production base" of cooperative members is positively related to the five factors of market distance; There were negative correlation among three factors: the age of cooperative members, the scale of cooperative members' management, and the punishment intensity of cooperative members' failure to fulfill the contract. Finally, on the basis of the analysis and summary, the paper puts forward the relevant countermeasures and suggestions from five aspects, such as standardizing the member's behavior, propaganda, communicating with the member, opening up new sales channels, reasonable punishment mechanism, etc. So as to improve the compliance rate of members of farmers' professional cooperatives in Liaoning Province.
