黑龍江省農(nóng)村微型企業(yè)創(chuàng)業(yè)環(huán)境對創(chuàng)業(yè)績效的影響研究

【摘要】：2015年政府工作報(bào)告中提出大力發(fā)展眾創(chuàng)空間,中小微企業(yè)大有可為,要扶上馬、送一程,使“草根”創(chuàng)新蔚然成風(fēng)、遍地開花。要在戰(zhàn)略上,對現(xiàn)有的經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行相應(yīng)調(diào)整,以便對小微企業(yè)的成長進(jìn)行支持。深入拓展微型企業(yè),通過創(chuàng)業(yè)來推動就業(yè),將人民群眾面對的生活困難這一問題,加大力度解決。作為一項(xiàng)重要的載體,農(nóng)村的微型企業(yè)發(fā)揮著多重作用,包括農(nóng)民收入增長,解除農(nóng)村社會生產(chǎn)力的束縛,使其得以成長發(fā)展,進(jìn)而通過這種創(chuàng)業(yè)推動就業(yè)。在黑龍江省經(jīng)濟(jì)社會的生長過程中,面向農(nóng)村的微型企業(yè)在多個(gè)方面都發(fā)揮了重要作用,同時(shí)作為推動我省經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要力量,它還可以促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、提高就業(yè)、使財(cái)政收入增多。在創(chuàng)業(yè)活動中,會有諸多因素對其產(chǎn)生影響,而創(chuàng)業(yè)環(huán)境的支撐體系就是其中關(guān)鍵要素,同時(shí),對農(nóng)村微型企業(yè)來說,其自身創(chuàng)業(yè)績效水平的高低,也會受到這一支撐體系優(yōu)劣的左右。我省隸屬欠發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū),因而對我省經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展來說,諸多微型企業(yè)的創(chuàng)業(yè)就顯得意義重大。通過對黑龍江地區(qū)農(nóng)村微型企業(yè)創(chuàng)業(yè)環(huán)境的發(fā)展方向、發(fā)展重點(diǎn)做出合理的預(yù)測,并據(jù)此提出發(fā)展目標(biāo),為使農(nóng)村微型企業(yè)績效得以改進(jìn),讓政府以及企業(yè)相關(guān)的部門,能夠推出更好的政策,提供相應(yīng)的參考比對。為搭建研究的基礎(chǔ)理論平臺,文章以相關(guān)概念作為切入點(diǎn),從農(nóng)村微型企業(yè)、創(chuàng)業(yè)環(huán)境、創(chuàng)業(yè)績效三方面進(jìn)行了相關(guān)分析。在黑龍江省的農(nóng)村微型企業(yè),其自身的創(chuàng)業(yè)績效會受到創(chuàng)業(yè)環(huán)境的影響,以此作為研究的主體,并立足于實(shí)地調(diào)研,針對黑龍江省農(nóng)村微型企業(yè),對其創(chuàng)業(yè)環(huán)境和創(chuàng)業(yè)績效的現(xiàn)狀,進(jìn)行實(shí)地調(diào)查,介紹黑龍江省農(nóng)村微型企業(yè)創(chuàng)業(yè)的行業(yè)分布、初始投資情況、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)意識、存在的困難等內(nèi)容,對黑龍江省農(nóng)村微型企業(yè),針對其創(chuàng)業(yè)環(huán)境的分析,要從市場經(jīng)營環(huán)境、政策環(huán)境、服務(wù)資源環(huán)境和人文環(huán)境等方面著手,并從生存、成長、創(chuàng)新績效三個(gè)角度入手進(jìn)行動現(xiàn)狀分析。以SEM模型為基礎(chǔ),從有形環(huán)境、無形環(huán)境分析黑龍江省農(nóng)村微型企業(yè)創(chuàng)業(yè)環(huán)境構(gòu)成維度,在初始因素、中介因素、提升因素三個(gè)方面分析黑龍江省農(nóng)村微型企業(yè)創(chuàng)業(yè)績效構(gòu)成維度。進(jìn)行創(chuàng)業(yè)環(huán)境對黑龍江省農(nóng)村微型企業(yè)創(chuàng)業(yè)績效影響的定性分析,從假設(shè)入手,進(jìn)行樣本數(shù)據(jù)的分析與處理,選取結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型,解析創(chuàng)業(yè)績效受創(chuàng)業(yè)環(huán)境的影響。從創(chuàng)業(yè)環(huán)境角度提高黑龍江省農(nóng)村微型企業(yè)創(chuàng)業(yè)績效的建議,以計(jì)量結(jié)果為基礎(chǔ),提出優(yōu)化黑龍江省農(nóng)村微型企業(yè)生存績效、成長績效、創(chuàng)新績效的建議,穩(wěn)定高速地促進(jìn)黑龍江省農(nóng)村微型企業(yè)成長。
[Abstract]:In the 2015 government work report, it is proposed that the small and medium-sized enterprises should make great efforts to develop innovative space, so that the "grass roots" innovation will become a trend and blossom everywhere. Strategically, the existing economic structure should be adjusted to support the growth of small and micro enterprises. In order to improve the performance of rural microenterprises, the government and the relevant departments of enterprises can make a reasonable forecast on the development of rural microenterprises' entrepreneurial environment in Heilongjiang province, and put forward the development goals accordingly, so as to improve the performance of rural microenterprises, so that the government and the relevant departments of enterprises can improve the performance of rural microenterprises. In order to set up the basic theory platform of the research, this paper takes the related concept as the breakthrough point, carries on the correlation analysis from the rural microenterprise, the entrepreneurial environment, the entrepreneurial performance three aspects. In view of the analysis of its entrepreneurial environment, it is necessary to start from the aspects of market management environment, policy environment, service resource environment and humanistic environment, and analyze the dynamic status quo from three angles of survival, growth and innovation performance. On the basis of SEM model, this paper analyzes the dimension of rural micro-enterprise entrepreneurial environment in Heilongjiang Province from the physical environment and intangible environment, in the initial factors, intermediary factors, Three aspects of promotion factors analysis of rural micro enterprises in Heilongjiang Province entrepreneurial performance dimensions. This paper analyzes the impact of entrepreneurial environment on the entrepreneurial performance of rural micro-enterprises in Heilongjiang Province, starting with assumptions, analyzing and processing the sample data, selecting the structural equation model, and analyzing the impact of entrepreneurial environment on entrepreneurial performance. Based on the measurement results, the paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the performance of rural micro-enterprises in Heilongjiang Province from the perspective of entrepreneurial environment. The suggestions of optimizing the survival performance, growth performance and innovation performance of rural micro-enterprises in Heilongjiang Province are put forward.
