【摘要】：黨的十八大以來,習近平總書記對深化農(nóng)村改革進行頂層設計,開啟了農(nóng)村改革發(fā)展新紀元。他強調(diào)堅持和完善土地集體所有制基礎上的農(nóng)村基本經(jīng)營制度,因為這個制度既能保障耕者有其田,又能做到土地所有者、經(jīng)營者和勞動者三者利益的和諧統(tǒng)一。"三位一體綜合合作"體系能夠徹底解決"小生產(chǎn)與大市場的矛盾",為農(nóng)戶提供生產(chǎn)生活全方位服務,形成推動農(nóng)業(yè)農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的內(nèi)生動力。
[Abstract]:Xi Jinping has launched a new era of rural reform since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. He stressed that the basic rural management system based on collective land ownership should be adhered to and perfected, because this system can not only guarantee the farmland of the tiller, but also achieve a harmonious unity among the interests of the landowner, the operator and the laborer. " The Trinity Comprehensive Cooperation system can completely solve the contradiction between small production and large market, provide farmers with comprehensive service of production and life, and form the endogenous motive force to promote the development of agricultural rural economy.
