【摘要】：家庭農(nóng)場是推動農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的重要組織形式之一,它能有效避開小規(guī)模的“均田承包”制的不利,又能給家庭的經(jīng)營模式帶來活力,從而最大限度的提高土地資源的利用率。閩侯縣在堅持了農(nóng)村基本經(jīng)營制度上實行了家庭農(nóng)場制度,已初見成效,但總體經(jīng)營概念模糊,標準不統(tǒng)一,還不能形成很好的經(jīng)濟效益和起到示范帶動作用。本文在此背景下對閩侯縣家庭農(nóng)場經(jīng)營情況進行分析探討,希望能夠提出一些建設(shè)性意見,促進當?shù)丶彝マr(nóng)場健康發(fā)展。筆者通過實地走訪調(diào)查,與家庭農(nóng)場主進行深度訪談,了解他們的基本經(jīng)營情況、在經(jīng)營過程中的困難以及發(fā)展困惑的地方,結(jié)合國外和國內(nèi)其他地區(qū)的先進經(jīng)驗,針對閩侯縣的具體實際情況進行定量分析和定性分析,尋找符合閩侯縣家庭農(nóng)場發(fā)展實際的策略,以期對家庭農(nóng)場主有真正的幫助。在撰寫本文時筆者首先查閱了國內(nèi)外許多相關(guān)方面的文獻,全面分析了當前國內(nèi)外家庭農(nóng)場理論的最新研究動態(tài)。同時闡述了關(guān)于家庭農(nóng)場的定義及其科學的發(fā)展思路,其次通過實地的走訪、深入的溝通,讓參與者填寫調(diào)查問卷,通過問卷調(diào)查獲得的信息和通過其他途徑獲得的閩侯縣家庭農(nóng)場的信息進行定量分析,從農(nóng)場經(jīng)營規(guī)模、經(jīng)營人員、經(jīng)營的業(yè)態(tài)以及市場需求等方面進行分析。了解閩侯縣這一經(jīng)營群體的基本現(xiàn)狀,再結(jié)合其他地區(qū)的先進經(jīng)驗提出有針對性的發(fā)展建議,主要從市場需求發(fā)展家庭農(nóng)場以及如何依據(jù)實際情況提高經(jīng)營者水平和素質(zhì)。希望這些建議和意見能夠為促進家庭農(nóng)場在閩侯縣的健康發(fā)展和經(jīng)營水平提高提供一定的參考建議。
[Abstract]:Family farm is one of the important organization forms to promote the development of agriculture. It can effectively avoid the disadvantage of the small scale "average farmland contract" system, and bring vitality to the family's management mode, thus to improve the utilization ratio of land resources to the maximum extent. Minhou County has implemented the family farm system on the basic management system in rural areas, which has achieved initial results, but the overall business concept is vague and the standard is not uniform, so it can not form good economic benefits and play a leading role in demonstration. In this context, this paper analyzes and discusses the management of family farms in Minhou County, hoping to put forward some constructive suggestions to promote the healthy development of family farms in Minhou County. The author has conducted in-depth interviews with family farmers through field visits and investigations, to understand their basic management situation, difficulties in the management process and places where development is perplexing, combining advanced experience from other regions abroad and at home. In view of the actual situation of Minhou county, the quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis are carried out to find out the strategies that accord with the actual development of the family farm in Minhou county, so as to be of real help to the family farmers. In writing this paper, the author first consulted many related literature at home and abroad, and comprehensively analyzed the latest research trends of family farm theory at home and abroad. At the same time, the definition of family farm and its scientific development ideas are expounded. Secondly, through field visits and in-depth communication, participants are asked to fill out questionnaires. The information obtained by questionnaire survey and the information of family farm in Minhou County obtained by other means were quantitatively analyzed from the aspects of farm management scale, management personnel, business situation and market demand. To understand the basic situation of Minhou county as a management group, combined with the advanced experience of other regions, the author puts forward some suggestions for the development of family farms, mainly from the market demand, and how to improve the level and quality of managers according to the actual situation. It is hoped that these suggestions and suggestions can provide some reference suggestions for promoting the healthy development and management level of family farms in Minhou County.
