【摘要】：森林認(rèn)證作為一種利用市場方式實(shí)現(xiàn)森林可持續(xù)經(jīng)營目標(biāo)的監(jiān)管機(jī)制,與傳統(tǒng)的政府監(jiān)管機(jī)制有著本質(zhì)上的區(qū)別。文章通過對非政府市場驅(qū)動(NSMD)的監(jiān)管機(jī)制進(jìn)行概述,結(jié)合國際上各種認(rèn)證體系的對比分析,對我國利用市場監(jiān)管機(jī)制發(fā)展森林認(rèn)證市場進(jìn)行4個階段特征的描述,試圖對我國認(rèn)證市場的建設(shè)提供一些啟示。
[Abstract]:Forest certification, as a regulatory mechanism to achieve the goal of sustainable forest management by means of market, is essentially different from the traditional government regulatory mechanism. By summarizing the supervision mechanism of non-government market driven (NSMD), combining with the comparative analysis of various certification systems in the world, this paper describes the characteristics of four stages of developing forest certification market in China by using market supervision mechanism. This paper tries to provide some enlightenment to the construction of certification market in China.
