【摘要】：景縣社隊企業(yè)的前身是農村原有的手工業(yè)、副業(yè)。在農業(yè)合作化和集體化過程中由農業(yè)生產合作社、農村人民公社和生產大隊、生產隊辦起來的集體所有制企業(yè),涉及農、林、牧、副、漁、工、商等各個行業(yè)。另外位于農村地區(qū)的手工業(yè)合作社等集體經濟組織也是社隊企業(yè)發(fā)展的重要力量和組成部分。在農業(yè)社會主義改造期間,隨著集體農業(yè)的逐漸發(fā)展,社隊企業(yè)取得了良好的發(fā)展態(tài)勢�！按筌S進”、人民公社化初期受到“左”傾影響,社隊企業(yè)發(fā)展嚴重受挫。20世紀60年代中期,隨著農業(yè)和整個經濟的逐漸恢復,社隊企業(yè)的發(fā)展進入了一個較好的階段。盡管隨后文化大革命的爆發(fā)對農村經濟造成了一定的阻礙,但社隊企業(yè)仍然在曲折中發(fā)展壯大。直到改革開放后農村地區(qū)廢除了人民公社,社隊企業(yè)的名稱也成為歷史名詞,但是后來的鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)企業(yè)異軍突起,創(chuàng)造了經濟發(fā)展的佳話。本文引言部分簡要說明了選題的意義,綜述了有關社隊企業(yè)問題的學術研究,闡述了本文的研究思路、研究方法以及資料使用。正文分四個部分:第一部分,主要對社隊企業(yè)的性質、涵蓋范圍做出了界定;簡要介紹了河北省社隊企業(yè)的出現(xiàn)與發(fā)展以及河北省景縣的具體狀況。在這樣的一個范圍和背景下,進一步對景縣社隊企業(yè)進行研究。第二部分,主要探討了景縣社隊企業(yè)在不同階段的發(fā)展狀況。一是解放初期農村副業(yè)、手工業(yè)的恢復與發(fā)展。二是農業(yè)合作化時期農村工副業(yè)的發(fā)展情況。三是在人民公社化前期社隊企業(yè)的發(fā)展歷程。四是“文化大革命”時期社隊企業(yè)的曲折發(fā)展。最后是改革開放后在整頓中不斷發(fā)展壯大的社隊企業(yè)。第三部分,主要介紹了景縣社隊企業(yè)的產業(yè)結構和經營管理。從一、二、三產業(yè),三種產業(yè)結構分析景縣社隊企業(yè)的發(fā)展狀況,并總結了各個時期景縣社隊企業(yè)的經營管理模式。第四部分,主要介紹了景縣社隊企業(yè)的作用及對當今鄉(xiāng)村工業(yè)化的啟示。通過以上三部分的研究,總結歷史經驗,得出社隊企業(yè)具有的積極作用,以及對當今鄉(xiāng)村工業(yè)化的有益啟發(fā)。社隊企業(yè)在過去幾十年的曲折發(fā)展中,對農村經濟起到了巨大的促進作用。改革開放后,改名為鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)企業(yè),在經濟發(fā)展中依然發(fā)揮著巨大的作用。時至今日,社隊企業(yè)已經成為歷史名詞,但在新中國經濟發(fā)展史上,社隊企業(yè)的歷史地位不容忘卻。研究社隊企業(yè)這一獨特的經濟組織的產生、發(fā)展、演變,對于探索農村經濟的發(fā)展道路,建設現(xiàn)代化的新農村,發(fā)展農村的工業(yè)化,具有重要的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:Jingxian social team enterprise predecessor is the original rural handicraft industry, sideline. In the process of agricultural cooperation and collectivization, enterprises under collective ownership run by agricultural production cooperatives, rural people's communes and production brigades and production teams involve various industries, such as agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry, auxiliary, fishing, industrial and commercial sectors. In addition, handicraft cooperatives and other collective economic organizations in rural areas are also an important force and component of the development of social team enterprises. In the period of agricultural socialist transformation, with the gradual development of collective agriculture, social team enterprises have achieved a good development trend. "Great Leap forward", the people's commune was affected by "left" at the initial stage, the development of the social team enterprise was seriously frustrated. In the middle of 1960s, with the gradual recovery of agriculture and the whole economy, the development of the social team enterprise entered a better stage. Although the outbreak of the Cultural Revolution has caused some obstacles to the rural economy, the social team enterprises are still growing in twists and turns. Until the reform and opening up of rural areas abolished the people's Commune, the name of the social team enterprise has become a historical term, but later township enterprises suddenly emerged, creating a good story of economic development. The preface of this paper briefly explains the significance of the topic, summarizes the academic research on the problems of social team enterprises, and expounds the research ideas, research methods and the use of data in this paper. The text is divided into four parts: the first part mainly defines the nature of the social team enterprises and the scope of coverage; briefly introduces the emergence and development of social team enterprises in Hebei Province and the specific situation of Jingxian County in Hebei Province. In such a scope and background, further research on Jingxian social team enterprises. The second part mainly discusses the development of Jingxian social team enterprises in different stages. First, the early liberation of rural sideline, handicraft industry recovery and development. Second, the development of rural industrial and secondary industry in the period of agricultural cooperation. Third, in the people's commune in the early stage of the development of social team enterprises. Fourth, the tortuous development of social team enterprises during the Cultural Revolution. Finally, the reform and opening up in the rectification of the continuous development of social team enterprises. The third part mainly introduces the industrial structure and management of Jingxian social team enterprises. This paper analyzes the development situation of Jingxian social team enterprise from the first, second, third industry and three industrial structure, and summarizes the management mode of Jingxian social team enterprise in each period. The fourth part mainly introduces the function of Jingxian social team enterprise and its enlightenment to rural industrialization. Through the study of the above three parts, the author summarizes the historical experience, and draws the positive function of the social team enterprise, and the beneficial inspiration to the rural industrialization nowadays. Social team enterprises in the past decades of tortuous development, the rural economy has played a huge role in promoting. After reform and opening up, renamed township enterprises, still play a huge role in economic development. Up to now, the social team enterprise has become the historical noun, but in the new Chinese economic development history, the historical position of the social team enterprise cannot be forgotten. It is of great significance to study the emergence, development and evolution of the unique economic organization, that is, to explore the development road of rural economy, to build a modern new countryside and to develop rural industrialization.
