【摘要】：農(nóng)業(yè)專利資產(chǎn)作為促進農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展,提高農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)效率的重要因素之一,其價值的評估,是資產(chǎn)評估工作者非常值得關注與重點研究的問題。農(nóng)業(yè)專利資產(chǎn)作為無形資產(chǎn)的其中一種,其價值的體現(xiàn),依托于經(jīng)濟實體的運作,并沒有方法對其進行獨立評估。在評估過程中,如何將專利資產(chǎn)的價值與其依托的實體資產(chǎn)價值剝離開來,就需要借助分成率這一參數(shù)。因此分成率的確定也是資產(chǎn)評估工作者在評估過程中特別關注和亟待解決的問題。而本文主要討論的問題,就是農(nóng)業(yè)專利資產(chǎn)的收益分成率如何估算的問題。 農(nóng)業(yè)類專利資產(chǎn)具有復雜性、多樣性和弱保密性等特點,這些特點使得對農(nóng)業(yè)專利資產(chǎn)收益分成率進行估算時存在困難。本文針對農(nóng)業(yè)專利資產(chǎn)的特點,構建了一個對農(nóng)業(yè)專利資產(chǎn)的收益分成率做出評價的指標體系,選取德爾菲法,借助專家經(jīng)驗,運用該指標體系對評估對象打分,并選取層次分析法計算出指標的各項權重值,從而估算出收益分成率的值。這種估算方法充分考慮到農(nóng)業(yè)專利資產(chǎn)的特點,并借助層次分析法確定評價指標的權重,避免了傳統(tǒng)權數(shù)確定上的主觀性,為評估農(nóng)業(yè)專利資產(chǎn)收益分成率提供了一個可供選擇的估算方法。
[Abstract]:As one of the important factors to promote the development of agriculture and improve the efficiency of agricultural production, the evaluation of the value of agricultural patented assets is a problem that the appraisal workers should pay close attention to and focus on. As one of the intangible assets, the value of agricultural patent assets depends on the operation of economic entities, and there is no way to evaluate them independently. In the process of evaluation, how to separate the value of patent assets from the value of the physical assets on which they depend needs the help of the ratio of share. Therefore, the determination of the share rate is also a special concern and urgent need to be solved in the process of asset appraisal. The main problem discussed in this paper is how to estimate the income share rate of agricultural patent assets. Agricultural patent assets have the characteristics of complexity, diversity and weak confidentiality, which make it difficult to estimate the income share rate of agricultural patent assets. According to the characteristics of agricultural patent assets, this paper constructs an index system to evaluate the income share rate of agricultural patent assets. The Delphi method is selected and the evaluation object is scored by the index system with the help of experts' experience. The analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is selected to calculate the weight of the index, and the value of the income share rate is estimated. This method takes full account of the characteristics of agricultural patent assets, and makes use of AHP to determine the weight of evaluation index, thus avoiding the subjectivity of traditional weight determination. This paper provides an alternative method for estimating the share rate of agricultural patent assets.
