【摘要】：汝南縣屬于黃淮平原,位于河南省中南部,自然資源多樣,特色動(dòng)植物品種豐富,具有發(fā)展特色農(nóng)業(yè)的先天比較優(yōu)勢。汝南縣發(fā)展特色農(nóng)業(yè)可以提高汝南縣農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平,帶動(dòng)整個(gè)經(jīng)濟(jì)的全面發(fā)展,近年來汝南縣已經(jīng)開始發(fā)展特色農(nóng)業(yè),行成了蔬菜種植業(yè)、水產(chǎn)等特色農(nóng)產(chǎn)品,對(duì)汝南縣帶來了經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,并且,隨著特色農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展不斷成熟,汝南縣成立蔬菜合作社、漁業(yè)合作社和家庭農(nóng)場,引導(dǎo)各種特色農(nóng)業(yè)基地,帶動(dòng)汝南縣特色農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展向著專業(yè)化、規(guī)�；⑵放苹~進(jìn),有利于增加農(nóng)民收入,證明汝南發(fā)展特色農(nóng)業(yè)是正確的。基于對(duì)汝南縣農(nóng)業(yè)的特殊性與重要性的認(rèn)識(shí)和對(duì)相關(guān)理論研究的基礎(chǔ)之上,結(jié)合本人對(duì)汝南縣特色農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的調(diào)研分析,通過對(duì)調(diào)查研究發(fā)現(xiàn)汝南縣在特色農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展過程中還存在的一些弊端,經(jīng)過進(jìn)一步的分析對(duì)汝南縣特色農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展中存在的問題提出希望能夠解決的額對(duì)策建議;一方面可以豐富特色農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展研究,另一方面有利于加快汝南縣特色農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展進(jìn)程,實(shí)現(xiàn)特色農(nóng)業(yè)的產(chǎn)業(yè)化經(jīng)營,將獨(dú)特資源轉(zhuǎn)化為經(jīng)濟(jì)收入,有利于促進(jìn)特色農(nóng)業(yè)的生產(chǎn)效率、提高農(nóng)業(yè)的產(chǎn)值,增加特色農(nóng)業(yè)帶來的收入,也對(duì)相關(guān)部門制定促進(jìn)特色農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的政策具有一定的參考價(jià)值。首先,本論文從特色農(nóng)業(yè)相關(guān)概念等基本知識(shí)角度對(duì)特色農(nóng)業(yè)進(jìn)行分析和概括;其次,通過對(duì)汝南縣特色農(nóng)業(yè)進(jìn)行實(shí)地調(diào)查以及資料查閱,分析汝南縣特色農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展比優(yōu)勢條件和汝南縣特色農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及采用模式,通過分析現(xiàn)狀和模式,發(fā)現(xiàn)汝南縣特色農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展過程中存在的問題,最后提出了促進(jìn)汝南縣特色農(nóng)業(yè)持續(xù)健康發(fā)展的對(duì)策建議,文章的具體內(nèi)容可以分為以下幾個(gè)部分。本文的第一、二部分首先對(duì)發(fā)展特色農(nóng)業(yè)背景進(jìn)行介紹,并且闡述了本文中相關(guān)的概念和理論基礎(chǔ);第三部分,通過文獻(xiàn)資料,實(shí)地調(diào)查分析汝南縣特色農(nóng)業(yè)優(yōu)勢條件及發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀等內(nèi)容;第四部分,通過上述分析,剖析出汝南縣特色農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展中存在的特色農(nóng)業(yè)龍頭企業(yè)帶動(dòng)、科技支撐、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)、政策扶持等問題;第五部分,運(yùn)用所學(xué)理論結(jié)合汝南縣實(shí)際情況,有針對(duì)性提出能從加強(qiáng)龍頭企業(yè)帶動(dòng)能力、提高科技支撐、加強(qiáng)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)、政府組織建設(shè)等方面的對(duì)策建議,來促進(jìn)汝南縣特色農(nóng)業(yè)持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Runan County belongs to Huanghuai Plain, located in the central and southern part of Henan Province. The development of characteristic agriculture in Runan County can improve the level of agricultural economic development in Runan County and drive the overall development of the whole economy. In recent years, Runan County has begun to develop characteristic agriculture, which has become characteristic agricultural products such as vegetable planting and aquatic products. It brought economic benefits to Runan County, and with the development of characteristic agriculture maturing, Runan County set up vegetable cooperatives, fishery cooperatives and family farms to guide agricultural bases with various characteristics. Promoting the development of characteristic agriculture in Runan County towards specialization, scale and brand is beneficial to increase farmers' income and proves that the development of characteristic agriculture in Runan is correct. Based on the understanding of the particularity and importance of agriculture in Runan County and on the basis of relevant theoretical research, combined with my investigation and analysis of the development of characteristic agriculture in Runan County, Through the investigation and study, we find that there are still some drawbacks in the development of characteristic agriculture in Runan County. Through further analysis, we put forward some countermeasures and suggestions that can be solved in the development of characteristic agriculture in Runan County. On the one hand, it can enrich the research on the development of characteristic agriculture, on the other hand, it is conducive to speeding up the development process of characteristic agriculture in Runan County, realizing the industrialization of characteristic agriculture, and transforming unique resources into economic income. It is beneficial to promote the production efficiency of characteristic agriculture, improve the output value of agriculture, increase the income brought by characteristic agriculture, and have certain reference value for relevant departments to formulate policies to promote the development of characteristic agriculture. Firstly, this paper analyzes and generalizes the characteristic agriculture from the angle of basic knowledge such as the related concepts of characteristic agriculture. Secondly, through the field investigation and the reference to the data of the characteristic agriculture in Runan County, This paper analyzes the relative advantages of the characteristic agriculture in Runan County, the present situation and the adopting mode of the characteristic agriculture in Runan County. Through the analysis of the present situation and the mode, the problems existing in the development process of the characteristic agriculture in Runan County are found out. Finally, the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the sustainable and healthy development of characteristic agriculture in Runan County are put forward, and the specific contents of the article can be divided into the following parts. The first and second parts of this paper first introduce the background of the development of characteristic agriculture, and explain the related concepts and theoretical basis in this paper. Field investigation and analysis of the advantages and development status quo of characteristic agriculture in Runan County. Part IV, through the above analysis, analyzes the leading enterprises in characteristic agriculture, the support of science and technology, and the construction of infrastructure in the development of characteristic agriculture in Runan County. Policy support and other issues; part five, using the theory learned in combination with the actual situation in Runan County, puts forward that it can strengthen the leading enterprises' ability to drive, improve the support of science and technology, and strengthen the construction of infrastructure. Government organization construction and other countermeasures to promote the sustainable development of characteristic agriculture in Runan County.
