【摘要】:乳業(yè)作為我國畜牧業(yè)發(fā)展的重要行業(yè)之一,對于我國的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展、人民生活水平的提升有著重要的影響。十一屆三中全會以來,我國的乳業(yè)得到了飛速的發(fā)展,無論從產(chǎn)奶量還是從乳制品的消費量來看,都得到了巨大的提升,乳品行業(yè)已經(jīng)成為我國農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的一個重要行業(yè),為我國的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整貢獻(xiàn)了巨大的力量,在增加農(nóng)民收入,提升民族體質(zhì)等發(fā)展的作用也越來越明顯。2005年以來,我國乳業(yè)進(jìn)入了發(fā)展的黃金時期,奶牛存欄以及單位產(chǎn)奶量均高于國際平均水平。雖然我國乳制品行業(yè)的作用越來越明顯,但在其快速發(fā)展的背后依然存在著隱患。由于我國現(xiàn)代乳業(yè)起步較晚、起點低,乳業(yè)發(fā)展速度雖快,但缺乏技術(shù)含量,奶牛養(yǎng)殖模式粗放,經(jīng)濟效益低下。近年來,隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)水平的不斷提高,技術(shù)驅(qū)動型奶牛養(yǎng)殖模式得到了世界各國的認(rèn)可和普遍的應(yīng)用,如何走出一條適合我國國情的奶業(yè)發(fā)展道路,提升我國奶牛養(yǎng)殖業(yè)的綜合水平和科技含量,以確保我國奶乳業(yè)持續(xù)、健康的發(fā)展已經(jīng)成為我國奶牛養(yǎng)殖業(yè)發(fā)展過程中亟需解決的重要問題。本文以“八五一一完達(dá)山良種奶牛養(yǎng)殖場”為研究對象,重點分析了技術(shù)驅(qū)動型奶牛養(yǎng)殖模式的基本情況,以農(nóng)業(yè)技術(shù)推廣理論、農(nóng)技推廣溝通理論、產(chǎn)業(yè)組織理論、規(guī)模經(jīng)濟理論為基礎(chǔ),運用實證分析與理論分析相結(jié)合的研究方法,在前人研究的基礎(chǔ)上,詳細(xì)的分析了技術(shù)驅(qū)動型奶牛養(yǎng)殖模式的優(yōu)勢及養(yǎng)殖效益,并借鑒了國際上其他奶牛養(yǎng)殖業(yè)發(fā)達(dá)的國家的奶牛養(yǎng)殖模式推廣經(jīng)驗,旨在對技術(shù)驅(qū)動型奶牛養(yǎng)殖模式在我國進(jìn)行推廣研究,在此基礎(chǔ)上,提出合理化的建議,以促進(jìn)我國奶牛養(yǎng)殖業(yè)的健康、快速、可持續(xù)發(fā)展。研究結(jié)果表明,八五一一農(nóng)場技術(shù)驅(qū)動型奶牛養(yǎng)殖模式在養(yǎng)殖成本、銷售收入以及養(yǎng)殖效益各個方面都比其他養(yǎng)殖模式有著無法比擬的優(yōu)勢,值得在黑龍江省乃至全國其他奶牛養(yǎng)殖場進(jìn)行推廣。
[Abstract]:As one of the important industries in the development of animal husbandry in China, dairy industry plays an important role in the economic development and the improvement of people's living standards. Since the third Plenary session of the 11th CPC Central Committee, the dairy industry in China has developed rapidly. Both in terms of milk production and the consumption of dairy products, the dairy industry has been greatly promoted. The dairy industry has become an important industry in the agricultural development of our country. It has contributed a great deal to the adjustment of China's industrial structure, and has played a more and more important role in increasing farmers' income and improving the national physique. Since 2005, China's dairy industry has entered a golden period of development. Cow stock and milk yield per unit are higher than the international average level. Although the role of China's dairy industry is becoming more and more obvious, there are still hidden dangers behind its rapid development. Because of the late start and low starting point of the modern dairy industry in our country, the dairy industry develops rapidly, but lacks the technical content, the dairy cattle breeding pattern is extensive, and the economic benefit is low. In recent years, with the continuous improvement of science and technology, the technology-driven dairy cattle breeding model has been recognized and widely used in the world, how to find a suitable way for the development of dairy industry in China. In order to ensure the sustainable and healthy development of dairy industry in China, it is necessary to improve the comprehensive level and scientific and technological content of dairy industry in China. In this paper, taking the "851 Wanda Mountain improved Dairy cattle breeding Farm" as the research object, the basic situation of the technology-driven dairy cattle breeding model is analyzed, and the agricultural technology extension theory, the agricultural technology extension communication theory, the industrial organization theory, the agricultural technology extension communication theory and the industrial organization theory are analyzed. Based on the theory of economies of scale, the advantages and benefits of technology-driven dairy cattle breeding model are analyzed in detail by using the research method of combining empirical analysis and theoretical analysis, on the basis of previous studies. Based on the experience of other developed countries in the world, the paper aims at popularizing the technology-driven dairy cattle breeding model in China, and puts forward some reasonable suggestions. In order to promote the healthy, rapid and sustainable development of dairy cattle industry in China. The results show that the 851 farm technology-driven dairy cattle breeding model has unparalleled advantages over other farming models in terms of breeding cost, sales income and efficiency. It is worth popularizing in Heilongjiang Province and even other dairy farms in China.
