【摘要】：通過(guò)深度訪談與問(wèn)卷調(diào)查的方式,針對(duì)江蘇省農(nóng)民合作社、基層政府及家庭農(nóng)場(chǎng)進(jìn)行知識(shí)溢出現(xiàn)狀的調(diào)研,并運(yùn)用SPSS20.0及AMOSS17.0對(duì)所回收482份樣本數(shù)據(jù)處理。結(jié)果表明:高校與農(nóng)村的知識(shí)距離與文化距離對(duì)吸收能力和知識(shí)溢出效應(yīng)均有顯著的負(fù)向作用,農(nóng)村的知識(shí)吸收能力在距離與知識(shí)溢出效應(yīng)之間起部分中介作用。研究為揭示"高校-農(nóng)村"知識(shí)溢出機(jī)理提供了理論支撐。
[Abstract]:Through the way of in-depth interview and questionnaire, this paper investigates the present situation of knowledge spillover among farmers' cooperatives, grass-roots governments and family farms in Jiangsu Province, and uses SPSS 20.0 and AMOSS 17.0 to process 482 samples collected. The results show that the knowledge distance and cultural distance between universities and rural areas have a significant negative effect on the absorptive capacity and knowledge spillover effect, and the rural knowledge absorption ability plays a part of intermediary role between distance and knowledge spillover effect. The research provides a theoretical support for revealing the mechanism of knowledge spillover.
