【摘要】：位于湖北省中南部的的江漢平原,氣候溫暖怡人,幅源遼闊,土壤肥沃,資源豐富,因此江漢平原農(nóng)業(yè)人口密集,社會經(jīng)濟發(fā)展迅速。江漢平原不僅是全省農(nóng)產(chǎn)品主產(chǎn)區(qū)典型代表、也是全省新農(nóng)村建設(shè)重要試點區(qū)域,總面積4. 6萬km2,江漢平原更是湖北省乃至全國最重要的商品糧,油,棉等農(nóng)產(chǎn)品和畜牧,水產(chǎn)品的主生產(chǎn)區(qū)。近幾年來,江漢平原地區(qū)的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展和農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)成績突出。但是,該地區(qū)農(nóng)村環(huán)境污染問題也非常的突出,由于該地區(qū)自然地理的狀況和人為因素的影響,水污染、湖泊富營養(yǎng)化和垃圾污染等問題非常嚴(yán)重,長此以往不僅會影響農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)以及農(nóng)民的生活,同時也限制了江漢平原新農(nóng)村建設(shè)及生態(tài)環(huán)境可持續(xù)發(fā)展。本文首先從研究背景出發(fā),其次說明國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,繼而闡述新農(nóng)村建設(shè)、生態(tài)環(huán)境和可持續(xù)發(fā)展的理論基礎(chǔ);之后介紹了江漢平原的概況,分別從自然概況、社會經(jīng)濟概況為江漢平原新農(nóng)村建設(shè)中生態(tài)可持續(xù)發(fā)展做了鋪墊;再次,通過介紹江漢平原目前的生態(tài)環(huán)境現(xiàn)狀,從農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)與生態(tài)環(huán)境、農(nóng)村生活與生態(tài)環(huán)境、鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)企業(yè)與生態(tài)環(huán)境三個不同的角度進(jìn)行了分析,查閱調(diào)查說明江漢平原生產(chǎn)、生活以及鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)企業(yè)的現(xiàn)實狀況;進(jìn)一步指出在江漢平原新農(nóng)村建設(shè)中生態(tài)環(huán)境存在和潛在威脅的問題和弊端,從四個方面對問題進(jìn)行了說明;繼而,在查閱大量的書籍、文獻(xiàn)及調(diào)查的前提下,為解決以上的問題,提出合理的對策。近年來,農(nóng)業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的環(huán)境的面臨著嚴(yán)峻的考驗,是由于人們對生態(tài)環(huán)境的超負(fù)荷開發(fā)而造成的。我們?nèi)绻雽崿F(xiàn)新農(nóng)村建設(shè)中的生態(tài)環(huán)境可持續(xù)發(fā)展就必須要認(rèn)識到生態(tài)環(huán)境的重要性,要想保證的農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展,那就要確保資源和環(huán)境的平衡發(fā)展。所以,要實現(xiàn)江漢平原新農(nóng)村建設(shè)中的生態(tài)環(huán)境可持續(xù)發(fā)展就一定要緊緊圍繞農(nóng)業(yè)生態(tài)環(huán)境這一個前提。最后,在研究概況的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合江漢平原生態(tài)環(huán)境調(diào)查的實際情況,從提高農(nóng)民環(huán)保意識、科學(xué)治理農(nóng)村環(huán)境、構(gòu)建管理制度體系、因地制宜發(fā)展生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)、調(diào)整生態(tài)結(jié)構(gòu)等方面初步探討了研究區(qū)生態(tài)環(huán)境可持續(xù)發(fā)展的治理措施。本文快速、實時地掌握研究區(qū)生態(tài)環(huán)境可持續(xù)發(fā)展的狀況,對于促進(jìn)該區(qū)域生態(tài)環(huán)境建設(shè)具有一定的參考和指導(dǎo)作用。
[Abstract]:The Jianghan Plain in the central and southern part of Hubei Province has a warm and pleasant climate, a vast range of sources, fertile soil and rich resources. Therefore, the Jianghan Plain has a dense agricultural population and rapid social and economic development. Jianghan Plain is not only a typical representative of the province's main agricultural production areas, but also an important pilot area for the construction of new rural areas in the province, with a total area of 4. 4%. 6000km2, Jianghan Plain is the most important commodity grain, oil, cotton and other agricultural products, livestock and aquatic products production areas in Hubei Province and even in the whole country. In recent years, Jianghan Plain economic development and agricultural modernization achievements outstanding. However, the problem of rural environmental pollution in this area is also very prominent. Due to the natural geographical situation and the influence of human factors in this area, water pollution, lake eutrophication and garbage pollution are very serious. In the long run, it will not only affect agricultural production and farmers' life, but also restrict the construction of new countryside and the sustainable development of ecological environment in Jianghan Plain. This article starts from the research background, then explains the current research situation at home and abroad, and then expounds the theoretical basis of the new rural construction, ecological environment and sustainable development, and then introduces the general situation of Jianghan Plain, respectively from the natural general situation. The social and economic situation paves the way for the ecological sustainable development in the construction of the new countryside in Jianghan Plain. Thirdly, through introducing the present ecological environment situation of Jianghan Plain, from the aspects of agricultural production and ecological environment, rural life and ecological environment, The township enterprises and ecological environment are analyzed from three different angles. The investigation shows the production, life and the reality of the township enterprises in Jianghan Plain. The paper further points out the problems and disadvantages of ecological environment and potential threats in the construction of new countryside in Jianghan Plain, explains the problems from four aspects, and then, on the premise of consulting a large number of books, documents and investigations, In order to solve the above problems, reasonable countermeasures are put forward. In recent years, the environment of agricultural sustainable development is facing a severe test, which is caused by the overload of the ecological environment. If we want to realize the sustainable development of ecological environment in the construction of new countryside, we must realize the importance of ecological environment, and if we want to ensure the development of agriculture, we must ensure the balanced development of resources and environment. Therefore, if we want to realize the sustainable development of ecological environment in the construction of new countryside in Jianghan Plain, we must focus on the premise of agricultural ecological environment. Finally, on the basis of the general situation of the research, combined with the actual situation of ecological environment investigation in Jianghan Plain, from raising farmers' awareness of environmental protection, scientifically managing rural environment, constructing management system and developing ecological agriculture according to local conditions, The measures to control the sustainable development of ecological environment in the study area are discussed in the aspects of adjusting ecological structure. This paper grasps the situation of the sustainable development of ecological environment in the research area quickly and in real time, which has a certain reference and guidance function for promoting the construction of ecological environment in this region.
