【摘要】：文章在分析經(jīng)濟(jì)現(xiàn)實的基礎(chǔ)上,提出讓農(nóng)民共享發(fā)展成果是社會主義的根本要求。目前,農(nóng)業(yè)特有的生產(chǎn)方式和制度的城市化偏向造成農(nóng)民和市民經(jīng)濟(jì)收入落差,農(nóng)村發(fā)展中的自我污染和城市向農(nóng)村的污染轉(zhuǎn)移惡化了農(nóng)民生存環(huán)境,公共政策的城市偏向和農(nóng)村傳統(tǒng)文化流失降低了農(nóng)民生活質(zhì)量。文章最后為促進(jìn)農(nóng)民共享經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展成果提出發(fā)展農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)、促進(jìn)農(nóng)民增收,治理農(nóng)村環(huán)境、重建農(nóng)村生態(tài),改善農(nóng)民生活、提高生存質(zhì)量等政策建議。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of the economic reality, this paper puts forward that it is the fundamental requirement of socialism to let farmers share the fruits of development. At present, the urbanization bias of the unique mode of production and system of agriculture has caused the income gap between farmers and citizens, and the self-pollution in rural development and the transfer of urban pollution to rural areas have worsened the farmers' living environment. The urban bias of public policy and the loss of rural traditional culture have reduced the quality of life of farmers. Finally, in order to promote the farmers to share the fruits of economic development, the paper puts forward some policy suggestions, such as developing rural economy, promoting farmers' income, managing rural environment, rebuilding rural ecology, improving farmers' life and improving the quality of life.
