【摘要】：農(nóng)業(yè)內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整,使之更加合理、更加協(xié)調(diào),是促進(jìn)農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)全面健康發(fā)展的內(nèi)在要求;也是實(shí)現(xiàn)生產(chǎn)資源優(yōu)化配置、激發(fā)市場(chǎng)活力、促進(jìn)農(nóng)業(yè)和農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)健康運(yùn)行的主要途徑。烏昌石城市群是國(guó)家重點(diǎn)扶持的區(qū)域性城市群,是“絲綢之路經(jīng)濟(jì)帶”上的節(jié)點(diǎn)城市群,也是國(guó)家優(yōu)化區(qū)域發(fā)展布局、優(yōu)化社會(huì)生產(chǎn)力空間結(jié)構(gòu)、培育天山北坡經(jīng)濟(jì)帶新經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)極、形成新的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式的重大舉措。本選題基于烏昌石城市群農(nóng)業(yè)資源稟賦和發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,選擇適合的數(shù)學(xué)模型對(duì)城市群農(nóng)業(yè)內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行剖析,分析其存在問(wèn)題并提出相關(guān)調(diào)整優(yōu)化思路,其對(duì)于正在經(jīng)歷或?qū)⒁?jīng)歷這個(gè)過(guò)程的中國(guó)許多城市群農(nóng)業(yè)如何發(fā)展,具有重要的借鑒意義。首先,本選題研究在系統(tǒng)梳理農(nóng)業(yè)內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)的相關(guān)概念和理論研究的基礎(chǔ)上,介紹了烏昌石城市群農(nóng)業(yè)內(nèi)部各部門(mén)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀。其次,運(yùn)用所選擇的數(shù)學(xué)模型對(duì)城市群農(nóng)業(yè)內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行測(cè)度,探討其存在的突出問(wèn)題。研究結(jié)果表明:城市群存在農(nóng)業(yè)內(nèi)部各部門(mén)發(fā)展不均衡、生產(chǎn)專(zhuān)業(yè)化程度較低、、核心城市輻射力差、“諸侯經(jīng)濟(jì)”格局,影響城市群整體經(jīng)濟(jì)優(yōu)化等突出問(wèn)題。最后,根據(jù)該城市群農(nóng)業(yè)內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整應(yīng)遵循的原則,有針對(duì)性的從農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)空間布局、城市群內(nèi)部體制融合構(gòu)建、農(nóng)業(yè)科技成果推廣體系建設(shè)等方面對(duì)該城市群農(nóng)業(yè)內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整提出了相關(guān)思路。本文的研究結(jié)論是:烏昌石城市群在農(nóng)業(yè)內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整過(guò)程中,應(yīng)立足于水資源生態(tài)承載力,把產(chǎn)業(yè)關(guān)聯(lián)性強(qiáng),適合集群發(fā)展、資源支撐能力強(qiáng),對(duì)環(huán)境污染小以及對(duì)農(nóng)業(yè)總產(chǎn)值關(guān)聯(lián)較大的生產(chǎn)部門(mén)和農(nóng)產(chǎn)品作為本城市群農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的焦點(diǎn),發(fā)展特色農(nóng)業(yè);同時(shí)通過(guò)破除行政壁壘,加強(qiáng)城市群內(nèi)部有機(jī)融合發(fā)展等措施,推動(dòng)本城市群農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)健康穩(wěn)步發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The adjustment of the internal structure of agriculture to make it more reasonable and more coordinated is the inherent requirement for promoting the overall and healthy development of the rural economy, as well as the realization of optimal allocation of production resources and the stimulation of market vitality. The main way to promote the healthy operation of agriculture and rural economy. Wuchang stone urban agglomeration is a regional urban agglomeration supported by the state, a node urban agglomeration on "Silk Road economic belt", and a national optimization of regional development layout and social productivity spatial structure. Cultivate the new economic growth pole on the northern slope of Tianshan Mountain and form a new economic development mode. Based on the endowment of agricultural resources and the present situation of development of Wuchang city agglomeration, this paper chooses the suitable mathematical model to analyze the internal structure of urban agglomeration agriculture, analyzes its existing problems and puts forward the relevant adjustment and optimization ideas. It is of great significance for how to develop the agriculture of many urban agglomerations in China, which is going through or will go through this process. Firstly, based on the related concepts and theories of the internal structure of agriculture, this paper introduces the current situation of the development of the agricultural departments in Wuchang Shi urban agglomeration. Secondly, the selected mathematical model is used to measure the agricultural internal structure of urban agglomeration, and the outstanding problems are discussed. The results show that there are some outstanding problems in urban agglomeration, such as uneven development of various departments in agriculture, low degree of specialization of production, poor radiation power of core cities, the pattern of "princes economy", and the influence on the overall economic optimization of urban agglomeration. Finally, according to the principles to be followed in the adjustment of the agricultural internal structure of the urban agglomeration, the integration of the internal system of the urban agglomeration from the spatial layout of agricultural production, the urban agglomeration, This paper puts forward some relevant ideas on the adjustment of the agricultural internal structure of the urban agglomeration from the aspects of agricultural science and technology achievements extension system construction and so on. The conclusions of this paper are as follows: in the process of agricultural internal structure adjustment, Wuchang City Group should be based on the ecological carrying capacity of water resources, make the industry relevant, suitable for cluster development, and have strong resource support ability. The production departments and agricultural products with small environmental pollution and a large correlation to the total agricultural output value are the focus of the agricultural development of the urban agglomeration, and the development of characteristic agriculture should be developed. At the same time, measures such as breaking down administrative barriers and strengthening the organic integration and development within the urban agglomerations, Promote this urban agglomeration agriculture economy develops steadily and healthily.
