【摘要】：草食畜牧業(yè)是依托牧草、飼料等植物飼養(yǎng)食草性家畜而獲得畜產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)。隨著經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展,人們生活水平的提高,飲食結(jié)構(gòu)也發(fā)生了深刻變化,人們對高蛋白質(zhì)、低膽固醇和營養(yǎng)豐富的牛、羊肉和乳制品的需求正在逐步提升。從能源和人們需求的長期戰(zhàn)略來看,發(fā)展草食畜牧業(yè)將是解決人類食物中動物源蛋白質(zhì)來源的主要方式之一。以甘肅省武威市涼州區(qū)作為典型案例,對涼州區(qū)草食畜牧業(yè)現(xiàn)狀進行了調(diào)研,分析了涼州區(qū)草食畜牧業(yè)發(fā)展的優(yōu)勢,總結(jié)了近年來涼州區(qū)草食畜牧業(yè)發(fā)展的成效,剖析了發(fā)展面臨的突出問題,并針對性地提出了發(fā)展對策建議。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),涼州區(qū)草食畜牧業(yè)依托較優(yōu)越的自然條件,初步具備了較強的政策支持優(yōu)勢、產(chǎn)業(yè)基礎(chǔ)優(yōu)勢和人力資源潛力優(yōu)勢。近年來,其發(fā)展態(tài)勢良好,成效顯著,主要體現(xiàn)在:1)牛羊草食畜牧生產(chǎn)持續(xù)增加,2)草食畜牧業(yè)效益大幅度提升,3)農(nóng)技服務(wù)初具規(guī)模,家畜品種改良技術(shù)推廣成效顯著,4)規(guī)�；B(yǎng)殖配套設(shè)施條件大大改善,5)畜牧業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)持續(xù)調(diào)整,畜牧產(chǎn)業(yè)集群初步形成,6)飼草料保障明顯加強。然而,涼州區(qū)草食畜牧業(yè)發(fā)展也依然面臨著不容忽視問題和不足,較突出有:1)畜產(chǎn)品深加工能力缺乏,2)畜牧產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量安全體系不完善,3)畜牧業(yè)從業(yè)人才缺乏等。針對發(fā)展中存在的問題,結(jié)合地區(qū)實際情況,建議可采取以下對策:構(gòu)建可持續(xù)發(fā)展的草食畜牧模式、建立安全優(yōu)質(zhì)的畜牧產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)體系、加強畜牧獸醫(yī)人才隊伍建設(shè)和服務(wù)、加強畜牧科技推廣等。本研究將有助于進一步全面了解涼州區(qū)草食畜牧業(yè)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀和存在的問題,并通過提出針對性的建議以期為該區(qū)草食畜牧業(yè)的深入可持續(xù)發(fā)展提供參考和借鑒。
[Abstract]:Herbivorous animal husbandry is a production system to obtain animal products by feeding herbivorous livestock with forage, forage and other plants. With the development of economy and the improvement of people's living standard, the dietary structure has also undergone profound changes. People's demand for high protein, low cholesterol and nutrient-rich cattle, lamb and dairy products is increasing step by step. The development of herbivorous animal husbandry will be one of the main ways to solve the source of animal source protein in human food. Taking Liangzhou District of Wuwei City, Gansu Province as a typical case, the present situation of herbivorous animal husbandry in Liangzhou District was investigated, the advantages of development of herbivorous animal husbandry in Liangzhou District were analyzed, and the results of development of herbivorous animal husbandry in Liangzhou District in recent years were summarized. This paper analyzes on the outstanding problems faced by the development, and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the development. It is found that the herbivorous animal husbandry in Liangzhou has the advantages of strong policy support, industrial foundation and human resource potential, depending on the superior natural conditions. In recent years, it has developed well and achieved remarkable results, mainly reflected in the continuous increase of cattle and sheep herbivorous animal husbandry production and 2) the significant improvement in the efficiency of herbivorous animal husbandry. (3) the agricultural technology service has begun to take shape. The improvement technology of livestock varieties has achieved remarkable results (4) the condition of supporting facilities for large-scale aquaculture has been greatly improved. (5) the structure of animal husbandry has been continuously adjusted, and the animal husbandry industry cluster has been preliminarily formed. (6) forage security has been obviously strengthened. However, the development of herbivorous animal husbandry in Liangzhou district is still faced with problems and deficiencies, such as: 1) lack of deep processing ability of animal products (2) imperfect quality and safety system of animal husbandry products and 3) lack of qualified personnel in animal husbandry. In view of the problems existing in the development and the actual situation in the region, the following countermeasures should be taken: to construct the herbivorous animal husbandry mode of sustainable development, to establish a safe and high quality production system of animal husbandry products, and to strengthen the construction and service of animal husbandry and veterinary talents. Strengthen the scientific and technological popularization of animal husbandry, etc. This study will be helpful to further understand the current situation and existing problems of herbivorous animal husbandry in Liangzhou district, and provide reference and reference for the further sustainable development of herbivorous animal husbandry in this area.
