【摘要】：鄉(xiāng)村旅游業(yè)在我國經(jīng)濟飛速發(fā)展的帶領(lǐng)下,日益發(fā)展壯大。國內(nèi)各省均有鄉(xiāng)村農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展成功案例。通化縣石湖鎮(zhèn)依托長白山老嶺山脈北部山麓,境內(nèi)有通化市周邊保存最完整的十四道溝原始森林,東北紅豆杉、朝鮮崖柏、獾子、黑熊等長白山珍稀保護動植物資源豐富,發(fā)展鄉(xiāng)村旅游業(yè)潛力巨大。石湖鎮(zhèn)開發(fā)鄉(xiāng)村旅游資源發(fā)展鄉(xiāng)村旅游業(yè),能夠幫助公益村、老嶺村、永安村村集體經(jīng)濟實現(xiàn)轉(zhuǎn)型。本文圍繞通化縣石湖鎮(zhèn)具備的自然資源、特產(chǎn)農(nóng)業(yè)、歷史文化資源進行一系列的研究。并詳細考察通化縣石湖鎮(zhèn)目前鄉(xiāng)村旅游資源發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及存在問題,并提出解決對策。首先,詳細考察通化縣石湖鎮(zhèn)鄉(xiāng)村旅游資源。從石湖鎮(zhèn)具備長白山特色的動植物資源入手,對長白山特色動物資源、稀有植物資源及水文狀況進行搜集整理。從公益、永安、老嶺三個村特色農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)入手,了解長白山特色產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r。與鎮(zhèn)政府文化站工作人員及長輩交流,發(fā)掘石湖鎮(zhèn)轄區(qū)內(nèi)歷史文化內(nèi)涵。通過走訪調(diào)查,了解目前石湖鎮(zhèn)鄉(xiāng)村旅游開發(fā)及投資現(xiàn)狀。在經(jīng)過調(diào)研之后,運用所學(xué)的分析方法,了解石湖鎮(zhèn)發(fā)展鄉(xiāng)村旅游業(yè)優(yōu)勢及不足。然后,結(jié)合對石湖鎮(zhèn)鄉(xiāng)村旅游資源開發(fā)及發(fā)展中出現(xiàn)的問題,在對國內(nèi)典型鄉(xiāng)村旅游發(fā)展模式及投資模式了解的基礎(chǔ)上,具有針對性的提出石湖鎮(zhèn)鄉(xiāng)村旅游發(fā)展策略:在政府引導(dǎo)下,選擇適合石湖鎮(zhèn)的開發(fā)模式,合理劃分不同功能區(qū)和產(chǎn)業(yè)布局;從本地選拔人才,打造石湖鄉(xiāng)村旅游發(fā)展專業(yè)化團隊;動員當(dāng)?shù)厝罕?擴大產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)模及群眾基礎(chǔ)等措施促進石湖鎮(zhèn)鄉(xiāng)村旅游資源可持續(xù)開發(fā),鄉(xiāng)村旅游業(yè)良性發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Rural tourism in our country under the leadership of rapid economic development, growing increasingly strong. All provinces in China have successful cases of rural agricultural development. Shihu Town, Tonghua County, relies on the northern foothills of the Laoling Mountains of Changbai Mountain. There are the most complete 14daogou primeval forests in the periphery of Tonghua City, and the rare and protected animal and plant resources of Changbai Mountain, such as the northeast yew, the Korean cypress, the badger, the black bear, etc., are rich in rare and protected animal and plant resources. There is great potential for developing rural tourism. The development of rural tourism resources in Shihu Town can help the collective economy transformation of public welfare village, Laoling village and Yongan village. This paper focuses on the natural resources, specialty agriculture and historical and cultural resources of Shihu Town, Tonghua County. The present situation and existing problems of rural tourism resources in Shihu Town, Tonghua County are investigated in detail, and the countermeasures are put forward. First of all, a detailed study of the Tonghua County Shihu Town rural tourism resources. Starting with the characteristic animal and plant resources of Changbai Mountain in Shihu Town, this paper collects and arranges the characteristic animal resources, rare plant resources and hydrological conditions of Changbai Mountain. From commonweal, Yongan, Laoling three villages characteristic agriculture industry, understand Changbai mountain characteristic industry development condition. Communicate with government staff and elders to explore the historical and cultural connotations of Shihu Town. Through the visit investigation, understand the current Shihu Town rural tourism development and investment status. After investigation, using the analytical method learned to understand Shihu Town to develop the advantages and disadvantages of rural tourism. Then, combined with the problems in the development and development of rural tourism resources in Shihu Town, on the basis of understanding the typical rural tourism development model and investment model in China, The development strategy of rural tourism in Shihu Town is put forward: under the guidance of the government, the development mode suitable for Shihu Town should be selected, different functional areas and industrial layout should be rationally divided, and talents should be selected from local areas. To build a professional team for the development of Shihu rural tourism, to mobilize the local people, to expand the industrial scale and the mass basis, and to promote the sustainable development of rural tourism resources in Shihu Town, and to promote the healthy development of rural tourism.
