【摘要】：資本回流是農(nóng)村市場化進(jìn)程中的必然現(xiàn)象和長期趨勢。工商資本投資農(nóng)業(yè),通過工業(yè)化理念改造傳統(tǒng)農(nóng)業(yè),將工業(yè)化的經(jīng)營模式和發(fā)展方式移植到農(nóng)業(yè)中,實(shí)現(xiàn)了資本維度對勞動(dòng)力維度的取代。新時(shí)期進(jìn)一步推進(jìn)工商資本投資農(nóng)業(yè),首先應(yīng)當(dāng)明確工商資本的權(quán)利邊界,合理引導(dǎo)其投資行為,實(shí)現(xiàn)工商資本生產(chǎn)要素潛能最大化;其次識(shí)別新時(shí)期工商資本的投機(jī)行為,并實(shí)施風(fēng)險(xiǎn)規(guī)避及差異化監(jiān)管;最后構(gòu)建工商資本投資農(nóng)業(yè)的評價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,為工商資本投資農(nóng)業(yè)提供標(biāo)準(zhǔn)與測度。
[Abstract]:Capital return is an inevitable phenomenon and long-term trend in the process of rural marketization. The industrial and commercial capital invests in agriculture, transforms the traditional agriculture through the industrialization idea, transplants the industrialization management pattern and the development way to the agriculture, realizes the capital dimension to replace the labor dimension. In order to further promote the investment of industrial and commercial capital in agriculture in the new period, first of all, we should clearly define the right boundary of industrial and commercial capital, reasonably guide its investment behavior, and realize the maximization of the potential of industrial and commercial capital production elements. Finally, the evaluation index system of industrial and commercial capital investment agriculture is constructed to provide the standard and measure for industrial and commercial capital investment agriculture.
