【摘要】：絨山羊是畜牧業(yè)的重要品種,其珍貴優(yōu)質(zhì)的特性是大多數(shù)品種無(wú)法比擬的,一直以“中華國(guó)寶”著稱(chēng)。絨山羊的發(fā)展歷史悠久,在我國(guó)各地區(qū)都有各自的特色絨山羊品種。遼寧省鞍山市岫巖縣絨山羊多年以來(lái)一直以獨(dú)特的、優(yōu)良的品種特性聞名全國(guó),其市場(chǎng)前景非常廣闊,大力發(fā)展絨山羊產(chǎn)業(yè)可以有效的調(diào)整農(nóng)村的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu),提升當(dāng)?shù)氐慕?jīng)濟(jì)水準(zhǔn),增加農(nóng)民的收入,提高人民的生活水平,為擴(kuò)展農(nóng)民發(fā)家致富,實(shí)現(xiàn)小康社會(huì)奠定了基礎(chǔ)�，F(xiàn)在岫巖縣絨山羊的發(fā)展成為了本地區(qū)的支柱型產(chǎn)業(yè),大大的提高了本地區(qū)的經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)力。但在現(xiàn)階段絨山羊產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展存在著很多制約其持續(xù)發(fā)展的問(wèn)題,如:良種的市場(chǎng)監(jiān)管不利,良種改良技術(shù)的不穩(wěn)定,牧戶(hù)養(yǎng)殖管理水平低下,政策扶持力度不強(qiáng),技術(shù)不規(guī)范,質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化不合格,缺乏資金的支持等等,本文通過(guò)實(shí)地走訪,調(diào)研對(duì)岫巖縣絨山羊進(jìn)行深入了解,分析,對(duì)待產(chǎn)業(yè)存在的問(wèn)題,依托當(dāng)?shù)氐漠a(chǎn)業(yè)基礎(chǔ)和資源優(yōu)勢(shì),結(jié)合市場(chǎng)前景和國(guó)內(nèi)外發(fā)展經(jīng)驗(yàn),提出有利于岫巖縣絨山羊產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展、增強(qiáng)經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)力的切實(shí)可行的對(duì)策和建議,如:嚴(yán)格控制良種的流通、加強(qiáng)技術(shù)和專(zhuān)業(yè)型人才的引進(jìn),擴(kuò)大資金的流入,將散戶(hù)聯(lián)合建立絨山羊產(chǎn)業(yè)群,加大加工業(yè)的發(fā)展,提升市場(chǎng)占有率,樹(shù)立強(qiáng)硬的品牌優(yōu)勢(shì),為鞍山市岫巖縣絨山羊產(chǎn)業(yè)的健康可持續(xù)發(fā)展提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Cashmere goat is an important breed in animal husbandry. The development of cashmere goat has a long history and has its own characteristic cashmere goat breeds in every area of our country. The cashmere goats in Xiuyan County, Anshan City, Liaoning Province, have been famous all over the country for many years for their unique and excellent variety characteristics, and their market prospects are very broad. Vigorously developing the cashmere goat industry can effectively adjust the industrial structure of the rural areas. Raising the local economic standard, increasing the peasants' income and raising the people's living standard have laid the foundation for the expansion of peasants' prosperity and the realization of a well-off society. Now Xiuyan County cashmere goat development has become the pillar industry, greatly improved the economic strength of the region. However, at the present stage, there are many problems that restrict the sustainable development of cashmere goat industry, such as the unfavorable market supervision of improved varieties, the instability of improved technology, the low management level of herdsmen, and the weak policy support. Technology is not standardized, quality standardization is not up to standard, lack of financial support, etc., this article through field visits, research on Xiuyan Cashmere Goat in-depth understanding, analysis, treatment of industry problems, Based on the local industry foundation and resource advantages, combining the market prospect and domestic and foreign development experience, the paper puts forward some feasible countermeasures and suggestions that are beneficial to the development of Xiuyan Cashmere Goat industry and enhance the economic strength, such as strictly controlling the circulation of improved varieties. To strengthen the introduction of technical and professional talents, to expand the inflow of funds, to jointly establish a cashmere goat industrial cluster among retail investors, to increase the development of processing industry, to enhance market share, and to establish a strong brand advantage. To provide scientific basis for healthy and sustainable development of cashmere goat industry in Xiuyan County, Anshan City.
